We have experienced Pizza Shack for a couple years now - both takeout and dine-in. Simple decor on the inside, but who goes to a pizza place for fine dining. Always find it clean and the staff polite. My overall advice is stick with the strengths of the place which are PIZZA and WINGS. Salads and such that I have tried are blah and nothing to write home about. Sorry vegans. I have not tried the sandwiches - kinda like ordering a hamburger at a seafood restaurant.Pizza: Many to choose from. I keep coming back for the supreme (pepperoni, Can bacon, sausage, beef, deli peppers, mushroom, onion, black olive), buffalo ranch chicken, chicken curry delight (curry, smoked Gouda, curry chicken, bell pepper, roasted red peppers), and my kids love the simple pepperoni or simple cheese. All are tremendous.Wings: garlic Parmesan, southwest garlic ranch, lemon pepper (my favorite), BBQ, honey mustard BBQ, traditional mild/hot, fire starter or honey fire starter, teriyaki, spicy Thai, sweet and sour.Overall I love this place and recommend that you give it a roll. A few complaints (if the management ever reads these): 1) please figure out how to remove the pool of grease and such at the bottom of the wing container (see pic below) and 2) I hate the crappy plastic plates and flimsy fraternity style plastic beer cups when serving a decent beer for dine-in... jeepers.

You pay but it is a GREAT pizza every time. Hearty and hefty fresh toppings with great taste. Always cooked to perfection. The chain pizza joints can't compare. Treat yourself. One of my favorites is the chicken fajita pizza.

Very good pizza and great customer service. Tuesday was Pint Night and they had someone singing. I got a personal size and it was very good. I will be back!

I'm not an adventurous person at all, I'm the world's pickiest eater. However, I have been trying to find something that would match the grinders in NY and CT... Saw Basil's on the Waitr app... Tried their panini... Fantastic! Ordered it three times now :) I don't know about anything else, but they have a killer Panini!

Went to hear someone music and have good ears. Was not disappointed. I had the small Mederterrian Pizza. Shrimp, pesto, artichoke, goat cheese, mozzarella and bell peppers. Absolutely delish. Would definatly order again. Service was a little slow, but it was a packed house. Was seated immediately.Music was good too. Dude had a LOT of electronics at his feet. Kinda felt sorry for the dude cuz he was trying to perform, but there was a lot of kids there. But, I did get there at 630. We were visiting from Florida. When we arrived, the hostesses were super nice and friendly. We were seated and had two glasses of water in front of us almost immediately. I thought, âWow, this is going to be great.â We ordered two iced teas which were also brought quickly and then everything went south. I will not elaborate on all of the petty details, but it took approximately 45 minutes for our food arrive. I will say the food was very good. I wish the service had been better.Hey! We are so sorry again about your experience. We should have communicated better and sooner about the backup in the kitchen and done more to make your experience less frustrating. Thank you for contacting us and helping us understand how we can be better.
