We stayed in room 10 and loved it so much that we are planning our next trip this Fall. The room was beautifully decorated, and had wonderful sheets and towels. The location was within 10 minute walking distance of Market Square. It was great to stay in a historic home that was so tastefully.

Excellent choice

Reminded me of the old motels that families would stop at on their various vacation trips that has been updated to meet our needs today. Every thing was up to date and modern. Bed was extremely comfortable. Happy for the small coffee pot. Conveniently located so we drove over the 1A and had dinner at Ray’s Seafood (amazing meal). I cannot think of anything missing and will definitely keep it on the list for future trips.

Ale House Inn

Modest, anticlimactic, clean.

I was under the impression that this place had something special or unique to offer. I thought it was going to be historical or have a pub. It’s 10 very simple rooms above a community theater. You must climb many (12?) stairs to get to the elevator. There’s no staff, which I did know about. The rooms are minimal and small. It is close to town but not the most centralized. The positive: the room we had was cheap and clean.

Perfect Stay and Incredible Service

We had the pleasure of staying at the Victoria Inn for four nights. You will dream about the breakfasts of pancakes, fresh berries, fresh juice, and the bacon (best ever) until your next visit. Clean, comfortable, quaint, and the second floor landing is its own little slice of heaven. Coffee, coco and incredible dessert tray were always available. ❤️ Love, love, love the Victoria Inn. We held a couples wedding shower on 4/23/22 and were treated like royalty. The food was phenomenal; beef tenderloin crostini, lobster crostini, spinikopta, meatball sliders, chicken marsala puffs, stuffed mushrooms and more. Hard to pick a favorite because they were all delicious, everyone enjoyed the menu including carnivores, vegans, gluten free guests, and keto enthusiasts. The attentive, personable food and bar service were 5 star. The Victoria Inn exceeded all expectations. Thank you to Tracey, Polly and the staff for an incredible experience.

Honeymoon getaway!!

Reviewed By DJ08072021

We recently married and were on a road trip through new hampshire and maine! We just drove and said we will find a place to stay once we got driving for a while. Well about 8 we thought we would stop and find a place. Well we were right on hampton beach and there was no vacancies anywhere!!! Finally we called this place and the woman that answered was super sweet. We explained we were on our honeymoon and needed a place for 2 nights. She said she had a room for us to stay and the price was decent. When we arrived we were greeted by that very same lady ( who's name I keep spacing) she was happy for us and talked about some things around town ( such as a really good breakfast place legit right next door!) We went to our room ro find it was a king suite!!!! It was absolutely beautiful!! The king bed was to die for and the room was super clean! We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be taking a trip to this gem next year for our one year anniversary ❤
