Really good home made food and really friendly service. We were greeted at the door and felt looked after all through the meal. Its a relaxed 'non bling' environment with a surf shack feel. Burgers, salads, cocktails and the best gâteau basque ever tasted! I would definitely go back!

In the morning, Providence coffee offers breakfast/brunch/early lunch healthy and organic: nice coffee, organic cold pressed juice of the day, homemade organic granola with yogurt and fresh fruits, banana bread or toast of the day (avocado, cherry tomatoe
So you've been in France for a few weeks and you've quickly realised that the coffee is absolutely rubbish everywhere. So when you pull into the pretty little village called Guethary on the Cote Basque you think that you have absolutely no chance of a half decent brew.Prepare to be surprised!I am happy to report that Providence delivers the goods. The barista there today admitted that she was still improving her milk frothing, but I thought her cappuccino was spot on. This definitely beat any other coffee I've had in this part of the world and I intend to be propping up their bar for the rest of the time I am here. Thanks again for your comment ;) We hope to see you again next year!
