Plage des Alcyons

The beach of Harotzen Costa de Guethary said "Halcyons" is situated near the port. The access is made either by the pier of Halcyons in continuation of the port, or by the staircases on the way of cliffs. This beach is a mixture of sand, pebbles and rocks. Le Port de Guethary

Formerly port whaler, then tuna boat and finally sardine fisherman, the port of Guethary is the smallest port of the Basque coast. It has the particularity to be in dry dock; in other words all the boats are raised outside the water there. The port is protected by a short dike. The port of Guethary is a peaceful place to be quietly discovered on foot.

Plage de Parlementia

The beach of Parlementia is on the right of the port of Guethary. This sandy beach is shared with the seaside resort of Bidart.
