Good Location (very)
Reviewed By gb2frGood things ; Location was within easy walking distance of the town centre. There was a small supermarket less than a minute away. Covid-19 arrangements. For a continental breakfast - it was very good. The Staff were alert & helpful. -------------------- Bad things : I have had more comfortable beds, There was no UK TV (2 x american finance channels).

Easy to get to overnight accommodation
Reviewed By Adrian BNeeded accommodation with a modest budget. Found the property easily, parking to the rear. Staff were lovely. Close to shops, catered for ourselves. Cannot fault the tidiness. A comfy sitting chair was all that was missing.

Really poor technical service
Reviewed By Mersedeh RI arrived on Friday night and no reception was there.everything was fine as the sent me the door passcode.the ony problem is that from the time I entered the room the smoke detector was active and was beeping all the time and no one is there to solve it.The day after I called the emergency call to do something but just gave me another number that no one answer.It still beeping and sleeping is impossible.really annoying problem and still I have tolerate it two more night till Monday. Lack of sleeping and getting nervous because of their lack of service is my biggest problem.

Reviewed By OphGMBDL'appart-hôtel se trouve dans un quartier calme, proche des arrêts de tram et autres commodités (pharmacie, points restauration, etc.). Rare établissement situé non très loin du parc des expositions à Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy et à +/- égale distance de la ville de Nancy, il conviendra également aux marcheurs.euses. L'entrée se fait en autonomie, par code. Je remercie l'hôte pour sa sympathie. Très arrangeant, il a su trouver une solution alors qu'une personne avait réservé la chambre au même moment. Merci aux employés de ménage et d'accueil pour leur disponibilité. Très réactive, la dame en charge de la propreté des lieux a réalisé les derniers préparatifs de la chambre et m'en a fait la visite sans oublier de m'informer à son tour des services associés (cuisine commune). Sur place, une personne m'a aidée, assez tard, à accéder à la chambre alors que je rencontrais des difficultés avec le second code (accès à la chambre par le bureau de l'hôte). J'avais réservé une chambre double avec douche et sanitaire communs, et j'ai donc pu séjourner dans une chambre double avec douche et sanitaire privatifs sans frais supplémentaires. La chambre située au rez-de-chaussée est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'un chauffage d'appoint, d'une petite table avec deux chaises et d'une télévision. Elle donne accès sur une petite terrasse elle aussi privative. La salle de bains dispose de savon, de serviettes et d'un sèche-cheveux. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient propres et fonctionnelles (attention haute marche pour accéder à la sdb). Literie propre et correcte. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Reviewed By nicolasgT6846IUCela fait environ 10 ans que nous voyageons en couple mais je dois avouer ceci est le pire hôtel que nous avons tester il y a un gros manque au niveau de la propreté chambre pas fait pendant 2 jours poussière... photo ci joint bien que cet hôtel soit noter 3 étoiles personnellement je lui en donne zéro le petit-déjeuner certes est à volonté Mais le choix est limité la seule chose positive sont les salade de fruits fait maison et trois petite portion de confiture fait maison le choix est très limité sinon Revenons à la chambre il y a très très peu de pression au niveau de la douche en revanche les 3 personnes de l'accueil nous ont très bien accueilli ils sont bien aimables
