Already last year we've enjoyed the extremely delicious tapas. They are very tasty, still very light and therefore good to be digested, old recipes adjusted, prepared and served by a very friendly family. And all this with a view on the nice surroundings of Praia Verde

It was our first visit to the south of Portugal. The views to the sea are amazing and the food and service excellent. Cod âInfanteâ style, octopus with garlic and grilled squid, are really nice and tender. Desserts very good too, but donât order tarta de nata If you think that is like the pastel de nata. Ask the waiter first.

This was our second visit here on the boardwalk on the beach and itâs simply wonderful. A great welcome, limited but delicious menu and, as ever in Portugal, nothing is too much trouble. A high chair for our granddaughter, personal baby spoon cleaning service and a lovely environment. We will be visiting more often over the next few weeks. Highly recommended for a relaxed drink or delicious food with stunning views on this highly rated stretch of coast. Enjoy! Thanks Very much for your comment.Hope to see you again very soon.

Our dinner was tremendous...good value for the money paid. We ordered from the touristic menu, which is a kind of table de hote. Soup or salad - we had the tuna salad, and it was delicious! Main course was a choice of a variety of fish or meat dishes. I had the bbqed shrimp skewer....5 giants prawns! My husband has the fried squid. Dessert was a cheesecake with a drizzle of sauce and pomegranate seeds on the side. We also had wine and an after dinner almond liqueur...all for 20 euros!

After a day on Cabeço beach this restaurant is ideally located to continue your enjoyment of the sea air and the views. The interior tables are only available from 7pm in the evening but the outside seating is fine. I do think things could be tightened up a little, the owner wasn't present and he is always right on the money with his management but maybe a little reminder to the staff to maintain his standards would be in order. The interior of the restaurant was being cleaned when we sat down at 6pm and when I walked through to the toilets I was clearly an unwelcome addition! We ordered a dourada for two and this was as always cooked to perfection, but was served with just potatoes, only a misunderstanding but salad or vegetables would normally be provided without asking. However, although reasonable value the prices here should be matched with a slightly more obvious welcome. The absence of a little drink with the bill is fine, but also contributed to the overall impression that things here have slipped just a little. Still love the place and would heartily recommend it, but it doesn't quite hit the five stars. Hopefully that'll be sorted soon. We celebrated a birthday here tonight and had a lovely evening. The steak with 3 peppercorn sauce was superb and cook perfectly, and the monkfish and prawn skewers were delicious. The brownie dessert was extremely and yummy! The restaurant is right on the beach and the views are incredible, especially in the evening at sunset. It had a lovely atmosphere and the live music really added to it. We definitely recommend this restaurant, it was a fabulous start to the trip and really is somewhere very special. Ate here 4 tines & enjoyed every meal. The food here was great; the portions are very very generous as well as being very tasty. From start to finish (a la carte) portions so big couldnât actually finish. The meal was fantastic. We will definitely be back when we visite this area again. Great value for money.

I ate at Muxama with my wife and a friend yesterday and we were really taken with everything. Very tasty food which was superbly presented too. Great house white and incredible desserts. Super-friendly service and very attentive. The restaurant itself is in a brilliant location, right on the beach. Not expensive either. We will definitely return when back in the area.
