We stopped in for some lunch. Looked closed but glad we went in. The waiter was very helpful and helped explain some items on the menu and pair recommended some wine. For overall dining experiences, this is clearly one of the best you will have in VRS Antonio. The owner/chef is brilliant with so many dishes that I tried over the course of 10 days, and I was reluctant to go anywhere else! The melted goat cheese was the best I have ever had ... the local wine that was recommended was perfect. I tasted several types of fish, but the best dish I believe (other than the tuna and their speciality of cod) was the beef cooked on a hot stone. Unbelievably excellent. And all served with knowledge and professional friendliness. Go. Please. You will not be disappointed.I am delighted with your kind words, the main reason for the existence of dI. VINO is precisely the satisfaction of illustrious travelers, like you who visit us the whole year. We like to present to you what is best in Portuguese cuisine as well as other dishes from the former colonies and also from the Canary Islands (Spain) Of course being our name dI Vino, wine could never take on a secondary role. After all, Life is too short for poor wine.

We visited as part of a group of 10 for a friend's birthday party.The service was fabulous - wonderfully energised and attentive staff.The food and drinks were marvellous - I have rarely had better food, anywhere.The restaurant is right on the beach at the end of the boardwalk in Monte Gordo. Our meal at Fuel was good without being outstanding, it probably wasn't very good but it was better then average.When we first got there the place was vertully empty so the waiters was very attentive, telling us all about the meals on the menu, and giving us their specials.We got some nice little breads and olives as a starter and the were very nice, the meals we ordered came after a short wait and they were nice and pletyful.After that we barely saw a waiter, the restaurant becomes busy as its part of the hotel and they were all running about but not once did they come to the table asking if everything was alright or whether we would like another drink, someone eventually arrived when the meals were finished and took the plates away without saying a lot, then turned back up 10 minutes later with the deserts menu which we declined and just asked for the bill which took another 10 minutes.So all in all it has a good menu. the food was nice but but the service a little slow, they did appear to have enough waiters and they all looked busy and maybe we just caught them on a particularly busy night, but it took us nearly two hours to have two courses so be prepared to wait.

First visit to Meraki and we will definitely return. Great choice of tapas, that has a modern and exciting twist to it. Service was very friendly and of high standard, very attentive...English spoken also. The food was just fantastic...octopus, calamari and a variety of other choices. Very reasonably priced.

We celebrated a birthday here tonight and had a lovely evening. The steak with 3 peppercorn sauce was superb and cook perfectly, and the monkfish and prawn skewers were delicious. The brownie dessert was extremely and yummy! The restaurant is right on the beach and the views are incredible, especially in the evening at sunset. It had a lovely atmosphere and the live music really added to it. We definitely recommend this restaurant, it was a fabulous start to the trip and really is somewhere very special. I ate at Muxama with my wife and a friend yesterday and we were really taken with everything. Very tasty food which was superbly presented too. Great house white and incredible desserts. Super-friendly service and very attentive. The restaurant itself is in a brilliant location, right on the beach. Not expensive either. We will definitely return when back in the area.

My family and I read about this restaurante on TripAdvisor and decided to try it while on holiday.You might miss it when you walk along the long, wide pavement because what is more visible is the ice cream, waffles (among other sweets, which are also sooo yummy) parlour with lots of sitting place outside.The restaurant is there too but you can sit inside and enjoy a lovely meal in a quite, relaxed, more private space.The owner is a wonderful host, speaks perfect English, and he's also an amazing cook. He opened the restaurant at lunchtime just for us (ever so thankful. He'll do it for you, too.) People in Monte Gordo prefer to enjoy the beach all day and have dinner rather than lunch.We all had different typical Thai dishes that he suggested and it was absolutely amazing. Fresh ingredients with lots of flavour. Everything was perfect!Can't wait for next year's summer holidays to go back.

Another holiday and another excellent meal at the Blue Parrot! This time I had the prawn coconut curry-delicious ! Friends had the fish and chips and a chicken salad-both were lovely and such good value for money . The service was superb-special mention to Lucy for looking after us so well! No 1 in my book! Thank you so much for taking time out to write this wonderful review.. Look forward to seeing you next time youâre in Monte Gordo..
