Classico got it's roots in Trenton but came to West Windsor a year ago. They were just voted best tomato pie in New Jersey. A nice neighborhood establishment with tomato pies and other Italian entrees and sandwiches. For desserts they have Juniors cheesecake among others.

I have been in this place twice for buying pizza to go. The cost is ok but the quality of the ingredients is really poor. Especially for the mozzarella (the most important ingredient for a pizza) that it tastes more like a cream than a real mozzarella. I have tried a lot of pizzeria in these 5 months in NJ and NY area, but this is one of the worst. The good thing of this place is that they close relatively late, respect to the others pizzeria, especially on Sunday. Hence, if I want a pizza after 9 p.m. I don't really have other choice.

As a native of Princeton, NJ who dined at Conteâs recently with my family I am always amazed at how such an oddly located pizza joint that hasnât changed its decor for decades can attract so many ( it usually requires a long wait..) The answer is simple: very good pizza. Conteâs, a Princeton institution for decades, is located in a residential neighbourhood in Princeton a few blocks from Route 206, but not that easy to find. After an afternoon of Christmas shopping on a Sunday, I drove to Conteâs with my wife and two college-aged kids for an early dinner at 5:50pm on a Sunday, hoping to avoid a wait. Amazingly Conteâs was already packed and the line got bigger â we waited 25 minutes for a table. When we left around 7:30pm there were about 20 people in line, likely facing a 45-minute wait for a table.Conteâs is like a factory that cranks off pizzas and pours beer to its devoted patrons willing to endure a long wait for pizza, or pasta, and beer. While the staff is pleasant, itâs clear they are eager to turn tables to move diners in and out to optimize profits. It occurs to me that the old tables and uncomfortable chairs ( circa 1970 ) are not conducive to a lengthy stay.. they donât want you to linger but free up your table for the next guests. Conteâs serves very good pizza and they offer a decent mix of menu items plus a nice assortment of beer on tap or bottled. Donât go for the ambiance nor a fancy meal, but if you are looking for a unique pizza joint and you can tolerate a long wait to be seated, give it a try!

We've been going here both for eat-in and take-out for five years and the quality is consistent. Great, highly imaginative pizzas. Yummy subs. Nice people. Clean, simple interior. There's always plenty of seating available, which astounds me given the quality of the food. We're big fans of the arugula pizza and the spinach pizza, which are great as-is or with a sausage or chicken added.

Friendly staff, great food. Can recommend the antipasti, different cheese and meats (salume, prosciutto), the buffalo mozzarella, and the thin crust (real) pizzas.Location, outside pergola seating in really nice especially on summer evenings.Good price/value ratio.Donât forget to bring your own drinks (BYOB)Looking forward to next occasion

This is and old and popular pizza parlor in Princeton Junction, with ample off street parking in a strip mall. The ambiance is more or less industrial, but typical for pizzerias. It also offers more traditional Italian meals, which can be eaten there or for take out. The portion size is generous, but otherwise run of the mill. Prices for traditional meals are competitive. There are better choices in this area.

We were lucky ,walked in an were seated immediately within 5 minutes people were waiting to be seated. very pleasant servers and greeters I have trouble walking and use a walker the staff went over board to make sure I was comfortable the food was excellent every one enjoyed their food

A birthday was the theme for a party held recently in Capuano's. The catering menu had many dining options for all budgets--we chose to have three appetizers served family style (clams, garlic bread and mozzarella sticks). There were 4 entrée choices--a traditional red-sauce Italian entrée, a fish (Tilapia), a vegetarian and a chicken. No one was disappointed with their food. They do have whole wheat pasta for those who prefer a healthier option. We paid an additional amount for dessert which included homemade tiramisu, cannoli, and ricotta cheese cake. We all could have finished off additional trays of these goodies. The afternoon proceeded at a steady pace--courses were brought out at appropriate times. I was very pleased with Capuanos.

Today we went to lunch at Romeo's' an Italian restaurant in a shopping center in Plainsboro. It's a BYOB that is side by side with it's pizza restaurant. We are on the restaurant side.We started with their calamari, which is one of the best we have had anywhere. The rings are huge. It's fried, but very delicately. It comes with a red sauce on the side. The portion is huge. I think it costs $10.99.We come here for the linguine puttanesca. It's also one of the best we have had anywhere. It comes with soup or salad and of course, bread.The puttanesca is excellent. It includes black olives and cracked, large green olives. There's lots of flavor! I finished mine, my wife did not, there was so much! It came home with us.It came with a choice of soup or salad. I went of the soup, which was a potato bacon creak soup. The soup was thick and creamy. My wife was happy with her salad, which was pretty basic and good.The rolls are made from pizza dough. They are very dense. They are warm.Are there negatives? The restaurant has little or no romantic atmosphere. You are going for the food, not the decor.
