Top 10 Italian food in Majorca, Balearic Islands, Spain

Discover Restaurants offering the best Italian food in Majorca, Balearic Islands, Spain. The dreamy island that provided inspiration to Chopin and Miró now has a reputation as a spring break beach destination. Don't worry, though, if you're vacationing over elementary school spring break-- there's plenty for the younger crowd. Marineland's dolphin and sea lion shows and children's beach attract families. And if you have a Thomas-obsessed toddler, the antique train that travels between Palma and Soller is a must-see.

Nice little place we visited as we fancied pizza. Had some tapas starters (goats cheese crostini and croquets) both very nice and then had pizzas, which were also good! Potions were big enough we left with half a pizza each as well.House wine was very nice, prices and service also good.Would recommend!

Very nice and welcoming owners who make you feel at home (or like in Rome). Really good starters and excellent meat. And the typical Italian dishes of course, for example Bucatini Amatriciana which is so good. Nice wines recomended by the owner, both Italian and Mallorcan. My wife and I went here for the first time a coupel of years ago and then keep coming back every time we are in Palma, bringing family and friends, and everyone enjoys it so much.Hi Leonardo01,thank you so much for your lovely review, we really appreciate it.We are very pleased that you and your family enjoyed our food, wine and service, for us is very important that our customers feel like at home.We hope you can come to visit us again very soon.Send our regards to all your nice family and friends. All the bestStaff BonoBono

This is by far the best resturaunt in port d'alcudia. You have to make a reservation and come down and have one of the best meals of your life . Please do not mistake this resturaunt as a get you in, get your money ,get you out establishment it's fine dining at it's best. You have to wait for your course because it's made fresh. Sit down relax, have a beer ,or glass of wine enjoy the surroundings. The menu is all explained by the owners daughter who goes into detail about each dish . If you want authentic home cooked Italian cuisine you're in the right place. For starters we both had calamari with a lemon wedge on the side, outstanding flavour . For main course my wife had pink fetticini, the best she ever had . Melt in the mouth pasta. I had the irish cut steak , the smaller size at€29.95. I only wish I ordered the bigget size. It was the best steak I've ever had ,cooked to perfection, with a side of scallop potatoes. For dessert we both had warm brownie with ice-cream O.M.G delicious. We ordered another dessert after that it was so good . The crepes with caramel sauce . So so good . Plus 2 cappuccinos to finish it off . And a nice shot of lemon liquor to cleanse the pallet . I'd like to say Thank you to Fernando and his daughter for a great night and an excellent dining experience. I would litteraly come back to stay in Alcudia to eat there again. If you want a great steak avoid the tourist traps and book a table here . You'll thank me later .

Found the restaurant by accident and luckily got a table. We had the bruchetta for starter followed by spinach and ricotta cannelloni and mushroom pizza. Great vegetarian choices; both dishes were fabulous! The service was excellent, with a smile and genuine conversation even though they were really busy. Finished with a coffee.

Tried this place after reading about it on Trip Adviser. So pleased we did! We had a 5 course tasting menu that was beautifully proportioned with wonderful flavors and great presentation. We started with a prawn tempura, followed by a wonderful ceviche and then a delicious pasta (shan’t reveal the detail) followed by a sublime sea bream dish and then a passion fruit and white choc dessert. Service was charming and efficient. This place was popular so it pays to book. We will be returning!

Partner and I visited Manimans for dinner one evening. We booked the day before as we had read how busy it is - and we’re glad we did. Worth booking ahead to get a table outside. We had bruschetta and calamari to start, then shared a pizza which was delicious.Really relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Would eat here again if ever back in Santa Ponsa - cocktails were great too!

Sa Roqueta wine & food

We were caught in a flash flood & needed to find a restaurant near our hotel... boy did we strike lucky with Sa Roqueta! The menu is limited but everything is cooked to order - the spaghetti with swordfish & the steak we had were excellent, and the mixed meat/cheese starter was just delicious. The waitress (owner?) was lovely - knowledgeable and really helpful. I think you normally need to reserve a table to get in because the place is small - we were lucky that it was so horrible outside there were only a few other customers. Highly recommended!!

We were staying at a local apartment, a family of 8 of us. We phoned and ordered our pizza then walked down to pick them up. While waiting for them me and my dad had a nice cold spanish beer in the seating area next to a life size model of predator! Which was very cool. The staff were very friendly and the place is immaculately clean. You can see the dough being made and everything is cooked from scratch with fresh ingredients. For 7 pizzas and 2 beers it cost us 53€ which we thought was very good. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a good pizza! Thank you very much for your positiv Rating

Verico

We are a modern style Italian specialising in homemade paste. We offer daily specials made from ingredients bought that day at market. We also offer a wide ranging wine list to suit all budgets.

Reviewed By capdellatraveller

We visited Verico in early October on an extremely busy Saturday evening. We had a large table booked & for ease of ordering, all went for the recommended four course dinner. The welcome was fine, the waiting staff friendly & efficient. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere. The first course was good, stuffed courgette flowers, the second pasta course was flavoursome (albeit I am not a fan of al dente pasta) but the main fish course was served on a bed of vegetables which were blanched & so hard you couldn't eat them, let alone cut them with the blunt fish knife. I noticed most of our table left them (a couple of the men picked up the broccholi & crunched their way through...) The dessert course was a disappointment. Two of us chose the passionfruit panna cotta (we were told there were only two left...) but it was unrecognisable as such, just a sweet splodge & not set. We both ate a tiny bit & left it. So, for me, not a great culinary experience though to be fair to Verico I would try the restaurant again, maybe on a quieter night with a smaller table, when you can attract the waiter easily & try to put things right.Hello and thank you for your review. We are very sorry we did not meet your expectations . I hope you will give us another opportunity to improve your impression of us. Thank you and we hope to see you again

We came on dinner. It was our honeymoon. After we saw that restaurant has excellent reviews (No1) we came to try their food. Ordered seafood (got some soup in asian style although they present theirselve as italian and mediterranean restaurant) with disgusting taste. Second dish were stummed squids (filled with some strange meat), also very bad and definitely not in italian style...WE DIDN'T EAT IT AND DIDN'T LIKE IT BUT THEY CHARGED US THE FULL PRICE. Maybe the worst experience we ever had in some restaurant. We owe 2 restaurants (italian and mediterranean food) so we know about what we talk. thank you so much...We laughed for several minutes after reading your feedback...And laughing is beautiful, contagious, today we work all night with a smile on our faces...Enjoy your honeymoon ❤
