The Serra de Tramuntana is a mountain range on the island of Mallorca, listed on the Unesco World Heritage list. Beautiful vistas of the Mediterranean along the coast. There are many almond and olive trees in this area. June and September are the best months to visit. One of the cities that we visited in this mountain range is Valldemossa. The old part is a quaint town with some narrow streets and pretty viewpoints of the town. Chopin lived here for a short time and some of his belongings are still in the museum.

You think an orange is an orange and the same for a lemon..think again...very educational and enjoyable stroll through the orchards of this producer. Modern toilet facilities, excellent fresh orange juice and Mallorcan bread/tomato/olive oil snack at the end of the tour. Ate a persimmon...ever done that? Surprising tourist hit and worth the short walk from centre of Soller.

The place is on the way to Cap de Formentor. It is very easily accessible and definitely more touristic than the cap itself.
When you go there, you will understans why this place is visited by so many people. It just offers mind-blowing views and you will just want to stay there hypnotized and enjoy the nature revealed in front of you.
The whole are is an absolute must see if you happen to visit Mallorca!

Artestruz is an ostrich farm which is open to the public. The main purpose of the farm is to present you the world of the ostriches. A professional guide will not only explain you the marvels of the biggest bird in the world, but enable you to play with them and if you dare to, feed them. You can ride an ostrich (with reservation) or meet some baby birds in the season, fun for all ages! With a reservation you can also barbecue a giant egg, some meat or other delicacies. Ostriches are extremely curious and fun – so come visit them and learn about their spectacular world! Please arrive timely for the visits at: 1 October to 30 April - 11:00, 12:30, 15:30 and 17:00.

Visited the ostrich farm today with my wife and 3 children and had a fun and interesting hour. As other reviews have stated this isn't a 'tourist' attraction but a working ostrich farm run by a family who clearly love the animals. The farms wasn't busy, just a couple of other families so we had a guided tour just for us. It was one of the sons who did the tour, and he was charming and informative and clearly enjoys what he does. We saw and fed, adult and young ostrich's and we lucky enough to be able to go in with some babies. For a personalised guide tour lasting about an hour I think the €50 entrance fee is good value. They do have a shop which you visit at the end of the tour which has some lovely things but is expensive but probably far less than buying it in a high end shop where you would normally find things of this quality. One thing that would be nice is to be able to buy a drink or ice cream at the end of the tour as it's very hot in August.

Just went for the day here as were based at Moscari. It's picture perfect absolutely beautiful. Starting at the top of the hill where we parked winding down towards the harbour then you can walk right around and over the other side where there are holiday lets as well as locals. Small and quaint not commercialised with shops and restaurants along the route. Stunning views out to sea from the top of the hill. Please visit this unspoiled gem of a place.

The road to get to the top had loads of twists and turns so you just need to go steady to get to the top but it's so worth it! The views from the top are spectacular! We went on a clear day and you can see for miles! We also went into the church which was nice inside and then walked across to the cross and took more pictures there.
There is a little restaurant/bar at the top to sit and have a drink.
I'd really recommend a visit purely for the amazing views

A lovely place to take a stroll at any time of the day, although we did tend to go just before dinner each night. Lovely views across the bay in peaceful, pleasant surroundings. The water was so clear and clean - one evening we even saw a large octopus near the sea wall.

Stunning views over the whole area and coastline.
We went on an organised tour stopping at the viewing point for 30 minutes and then onto Formentor for time on the beach, returning to puerto pollensa by boat. If I did this again I would take a taxi for less than 20 euros to Formentor and pay for a single return on one of the boats.
