I have been here several times, and I will keep coming back! The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere; everything looks fresh(and clean). The staff is very friendly, polite and professional. The food is amazing! We had 2 very enjoyable meals here as a family during a recent stay in Bunyola. Picanha and Solomillo steaks were both beautiful cuts of meat, perfectly cooked. Iberico pork was also fantastic, as was the duck! Starters including ceviche, tuna tartare and razor clams were also excellent. We were well looked after by the staff, and we were recommended a lovely bottle of local Syrah on our second visit. Highly recommended!

Went here last night for the first time. Met with the warmest welcome and friendly atmosphere. Steak came out on a hot plate and we were shown how to cook each piece to perfection. The best steak weâve ever had and would highly recommend it. Canât wait to go back next time weâre here! We were staying at a local apartment, a family of 8 of us. We phoned and ordered our pizza then walked down to pick them up. While waiting for them me and my dad had a nice cold spanish beer in the seating area next to a life size model of predator! Which was very cool. The staff were very friendly and the place is immaculately clean. You can see the dough being made and everything is cooked from scratch with fresh ingredients. For 7 pizzas and 2 beers it cost us 53⬠which we thought was very good. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a good pizza! Thank you very much for your positiv Rating

Disappointing. Food ok but no wow, service a patronising script and the 3 salts gimmick bizarre. Lovely view though. I don't like your comment, actually it makes me kind of angry.It's not because you gave us 3 star rating. It's just seems cruel and cold and sad.., i don't know how to explain it.You have certainly misinterpreted the genuine kindness and care of our restaurant and I can just humanly hope one day you can make a difference between genuine and fake. We visited Verico in early October on an extremely busy Saturday evening. We had a large table booked & for ease of ordering, all went for the recommended four course dinner. The welcome was fine, the waiting staff friendly & efficient. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere.The first course was good, stuffed courgette flowers, the second pasta course was flavoursome (albeit I am not a fan of al dente pasta) but the main fish course was served on a bed of vegetables which were blanched & so hard you couldn't eat them, let alone cut them with the blunt fish knife. I noticed most of our table left them (a couple of the men picked up the broccholi & crunched their way through...) The dessert course was a disappointment. Two of us chose the passionfruit panna cotta (we were told there were only two left...) but it was unrecognisable as such, just a sweet splodge & not set. We both ate a tiny bit & left it. So, for me, not a great culinary experience though to be fair to Verico I would try the restaurant again, maybe on a quieter night with a smaller table, when you can attract the waiter easily & try to put things right.Hello and thank you for your review. We booked this restaurant after reading the reviews and we weren't disappointed. The 7 course taster menu of local produce was imaginative, beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The staff were lovely and the whole evening was a fabulous experience. It was an unforgettable part of our holiday and we could not recommend it more highly.

This was our third visit to Salvia but our first as overnight guests. In the past 5 years we have experienced the intimate dining experience afforded by Salvia and delivered by a caring team of dedicated professionals and though I could praise each individual dish, this has already been aptly covered by other visitors, suffice it to say that travelling from our base in Camp de Mar to rest in one of this beautifully kept mansion House rooms afforded us the perfect celebration of Marion's birthday. We came on dinner. It was our honeymoon. After we saw that restaurant has excellent reviews (No1) we came to try their food. Ordered seafood (got some soup in asian style although they present theirselve as italian and mediterranean restaurant) with disgusting taste. Second dish were stummed squids (filled with some strange meat), also very bad and definitely not in italian style...WE DIDN'T EAT IT AND DIDN'T LIKE IT BUT THEY CHARGED US THE FULL PRICE. Maybe the worst experience we ever had in some restaurant. We owe 2 restaurants (italian and mediterranean food) so we know about what we talk. thank you so much...We laughed for several minutes after reading your feedback...And laughing is beautiful, contagious, today we work all night with a smile on our faces...Enjoy your honeymoon â¤

We went to El Castillo on opening night. Really enjoyed the ambiance. It is a tastefully setup restaurant, with great care for detail. Also the food and staff all wonderful. We really enjoyed it.
