The Estate Montemares Golf – Luxury Apartments stands in the heart of La Manga Club. These La Manga Club rentals apartments are located in the center of this paradise resort, its apartments make up an exclusive-use housing estate and they are built in privileged plots. Its good location offers magnificent seaviews to the Mar Menor and to the green and long golf courses. Montemares Golf- Luxury Apartments are built with superior quality materials taking care of every last detail.

Reviewed By Liz ABooked luxury accommodation for a family holiday (2 apartments) at beg of Aug to be near the pool and although nice enough I would not say luxury. My apartment was spacious but lacked warmth and was a little tired with fixtures & fittings looking a bit worse for wear. Housekeeping was poor especially in the kitchen as dishes chopping board etc not clean on our arrival. During our week (Thurs to Thurs) we had a scheduled housekeeping visit on the Tues however I am unsure what was done as floor, balcony, toilet bucket and communal areas all looked untouched. A change of indoor towels were provided. Nice grounds, pool and outlook however pool very deep with no real shallow end so be aware if taking a young family. The apartment was situated at the top of the hill with no amenities around so be prepared for the 40 min walk to the centre of La Manga club although Bellaluz square is reasonably accessible on foot. During the week we were bothered terribly with mosquitos (many bites) and cockroaches which did get us down, many items had to be purchased to deal with this whilst we were there. The information folder advised that there was a La Manga bus provided for residents of The La Manga Village to take people around however no further info was provided on this. We thought this was a great idea and did see many bus stops however never actually seen the bus until half way through the holiday and when we spoke to the driver he advised us the bus was only for people in The Las Lomas village and no one else! To summarise we paid a lot for this week away and I have some lovely memories however looking back we could have had the same experience with lovely accommodation in a more accessible place more suited to the variety of ages within our group at half the cost! For the money spent the apartments were not luxury and there was no reception to speak off and no way to get around. We collected our keys from Melissa who was very nice and helpful on our arrival however I do not feel an adequate reception was provided. I was told throughout my stay that Melissa was in actual fact an estate agent and was there to help more with any enquiries on purchasing an apartment at Montemares however this I cannot confirm. Would I book again, no.

Very Good Value
Reviewed By 429ColinStayed at apartment for five days in September 2015. Exceptional value at this time of the year. The apartment block is situated on a commercial park about 4km. from Cartagena. Parking is easy and free. There are shops, a hypermarket, and restaurants nearby. I had a car but hardly used it, since a 'bus is available at half hourly intervals for access to Cartagena itself. I should imagine a taxi would not be very expensive. The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend it.

Leaky Pipes
Reviewed By fenej113The parking garage opposite the accomodation although conveniently close is very narrow so if you have a small car it’s a huge hassle. One from our party had to sleep on the sofa as they was a drain from the apartment above us LEAKING directly onto the bed. We came home after dinner to a soaking wet bed. The apartment in general needs to upgraded and improved. The drain in the shower drained super slowly, so showers had to be express so as not to overflow the shower tray. Additionally upon arrival there was a very strong smell of fried food.

Wonderful for simple holiday
Reviewed By Bex EApartment came with basics- small kitchen with hob, oven and toaster., washing machine. Bathroom was large and well kept. Small balcony off both kitchen and bedroom, large balcony off living room. Mar Menor beach access directly from building complex, less than two minute walk and very quiet beach. Three local restaurants/cafes, two markets within five minute walk. Further restaurants and market available within ten minute walk. This was ideal for us as a couple with one young child- located in a quiet area of La Manga called Venziola, it was quiet and calm. Some Spanish is essential as the area is not a major tourist site.

Amplio, limpio y bien situado

Nos gustó todo: el apartamento es super amplio, con buenas instalaciones, terraza, cocina muy equipada y ropa de cama y toallas muy limpias. Si no pongo las 5 estrellas es porque los cubiertos estaban algo viejos y sucios, y porque solo había 2 rollos de papel higiénico para 8 personas, 3 días.

Reviewed By Enrique RTranquilo, serios, económico, algo antiguo, ? volveremos a alquilar, con piscina y salida a playa. Merece la pena. Tres habitaciones+Salón amplio, 6 camas 8 personas. Falta aire acondicionado. En rasgos generales muy bueno y económico.

Tranquilidad, vistas preciosas y un lugar donde tienes todo a tiro de piedra cerquísima de un puerto maravilloso como el de TOMAS MAESTRE, un hipermercado con todo lo que puedas necesitar por exigente que seamos en nuestro día a día y una playa con bandera AZUL, que mas se puede pedir tanto para ir en pareja como en FAMILIA.
