Great place to eat. Food is delicious. Great wine. Great location. Offers free entertainment 4 times a week e.g on one night there is a magician, on one night there is a fire show, on one night there is cultural dancing. Excellent

So I have just had dinner there. The food was ok. Steak a little tough but otherwise perfectly nice. I would have gone back again had it not been for the waiter. The menu clearly states 10% will be added to the bill for service charge. Which was the case - the waiter then made a very loud comment that I hadnât left a tip. !! Well no - because you added 10% for service! So no. I will not be back anytime during the rest of my stay. So very rude !!

We came here the first night we were in Sri Lanka and the rice and curry chicken. Then we started our journey around the country and had several curries along the way. None of the curries could match this restaurantâs delicious food! We came back on our last day and and had the same food again. So really, the best rice and curry in whole of Sri Lanka!

I am here right now and after having eaten here off and on over the last few days I can say without a doubt what a great friendly welcoming place, sure itâs not a five star restaurant but food was beautiful and service attentive.Would definitely recommend, donât be put off by first impression from outside.

I came here as a solo guest on a Saturday evening, looking for somewhere for drinks only. the place was busy when i arrived, and became more busy as the evening progressed, hence short of seating spaces and less than average service.But the music was great / incredible with many locals and tourists on the dancefloor. If you want a place to let your hair down on a saturday evening, then i would recoomend this place. This restaurant is definitely one of Sri Lanka's hidden treasures. I have dined here a number of times and each time my meal is cooked to perfection. Staff is exceptionally attentive and make every effort to ensure your every need is met. The ambience provides a wonderful feeling but is not over the top. On my last visit, as I was perusing the menu, I remarked to Roy, the owner/manager, that I feel like having fish. He recommended that he could prepare for me a fresh fish kebob. The attached photo shows the kebob of fresh tuna and swordfish served with seasonal vegetables - delicious !! If you would like something that is not on the menu, just ask; it is very likely that it can be prepared for you. Negombo is well known for its fresh fish. I highly recommend Prego if ever you are visiting Negombo.

We found this place on TA and thought we checked this place out we took the Uber from our hotel it costed around 130 rupees about 50p. Visited here on Saturday night restaurant it self located just opposite the Jetwing Sea Hotel so you wouldnât have any trouble finding it. Small restaurant which I found it got Texas Cow boy themed mixed into it. if you not there by 8/9pm you might have to wait for a table or crash into someone elseâs table. Great atmosphere Dj was playing good music old / new, small dance floor there as well if you like bit of swing around. We had nice strong cocktails and few good cold beers, service is great, friendly staff ! Food is okay nothing special we did had some issues with one of our dishes we ordered steak mash potatoes and garlic bread but instead we had beef curry served with fries no garlic bread to be seen ,but the other dishes was fine by the time we received our food restaurant it self was packed, people were waiting out side for tables so went along and had the food we given, it was nice just not what we ordered. Itâs an indoor restaurant but they do allow to smoke indoors so if you are non smoker keep that in mind before you visit. Would visit again !
