Situated on a hilltop,"THE HORIZON HILL TOP VILLA" is replete with six spacious Air Conditioned rooms.The famed UNAWATUNA BEACH is visible from top of the villa and it gives a picturesque view of the entire landscape from any angle. The villa is just 1.5Km away from the beach, FREE transport is provided for the guests of each room twice a day(morning and evening) to the Unawatuna beach and Unawatuna Bay. Those guests who wish to Dive in the sea to observe corals or engage in diving courses are offered a 10% discount this privilege is exclusively only for guests involved in Diving as a recreation activity.

Reviewed By Chelsea FWOW!It’s hard to describe just how special this place is. The most amazing Villa we miss so much. We spend a week here in March, surrounded by nature, monkeys in the trees, squirrels running around, the sounds of birds was truly something else. We had the double garden view balcony, saw some incredible sunrises and spent a lot of time around the pool and eating here. The food was outstanding, fresh seafood each day. Try the tuna! The staff are all so accommodating, really beautiful people that are all so friendly and accommodating. We have to give a shout out to the chiefs Sandaruwan & Istzan and also Bandula. Special thanks to: Buddhima, Saranga & Palitha, and the local tuk tuk driver for making our stay that little bit more magical. Without doubt the best place we have ever stayed. We are planning on coming back next year in a bigger group.

Reviewed By Sarah CMy mom and I stayed here in 2018 and planned our trip around their availability this trip as we had been dreaming of coming back to this place the last 2 years. This time we stayed in the newly built rice paddy villa, a gorgeous suite/bungalow with 2 private patios (and soon to be private pool). The beautiful decor, style and being surrounded by tree with monkeys running around is truly magical. It's a super short tuk tuk ride in Galle Fort for happy hours and shopping and Indika the owner is always around to take you. Thank you Indika, Dineshi and staff we hope to be back next year! Also to note the hotel arranges PCRs on site, affordable transport around the island etc,. so feel free to just book and really they can help organize everything as you lounge by the pool. Super relaxing and beautiful place to stay!

Reviewed By Paul BGreat place for a drink right on the beach sand. Hostel cabins looked great but we didn’t stay there. Just had a great night with drinks and met lots of cool people. Bara holds the odd party now and then and if you are lucky enough to be in the area when they do I highly recommend joining them.

Food took so long we left
Reviewed By 567mayadOrdered one drink and one dish and in 30 minutes the drink hadn’t arrived and we hadn’t seen anyone, no apology for the wait so we left. The restaurant was also very old and dated however nice view of the sea

Spent many nights and relaxing could not have asked for a better location - so happy we picked this villa over staying in a hotel, loved all my time there , hope to go back soon and stay in the this same villa. The villa is a short tuk tuk ride from town , staff at villa were amazing assisting us with everything from cooking , to grocery shopping to arranging tuks tuks, recommending places. The villa was huge and rooms lovely , there is AC which is a life saver, view is breath taking. I felt completely relaxed and at home :)

Villa Olga is a simple lodge situated in Unawatuna. We are not a luxury hotel but provide good value for money. All our rooms are air conditioned and have private bathrooms. We have double, triple and single rooms making it ideal for couples and families too to enjoy a great vacation in popular city of Unawatuna.

This guest house competes directly with 4 star hotels we have been and where we paid like 80 euros per night. Probably the Best spot we found on Sri lanka and we have been in a lot of places. The staff is amazing, the room is better then many 4 star european hotels and the food (ask for the creamy soup) is Just great. The only bad thing i find is the fact we are staying only 2 nights...
