This place serves some seriously good take out. We had egg rolls that were crispy but not greasy. The fried dumplings were the best ever; again crispy. The orange chicken was awesome; not sticky sweet served with brown rice. It had a good orange flavor. Second best was beef with snow peas. The vegetables were fresh and not cooked to death. An excellent dish again served with brown rice. We did not use any of the sauces as they were good without them. Next was the Moo Shu chicken again with fresh cabbage and chicken. The plum sauce was just okay. The roll up parchment was thin but strong. This place is awesome, we will go again.

My wife and I visited China Luck on a Tuesday afternoon about 4:00. We were late for lunch, but early for dinner and were the only ones in the restaurant. The waitress was extremely friendly. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and the restroom was clean. My wife and I both ordered our "go to" item, General Tso Chicken and an egg roll. We also ordered one Hot and Sour Soup to share. We both had water with lemon to drink. The soup and egg rolls came out quickly. The soup was wonderful and flavorful. The egg rolls may have been some of the best I have ever ordered at any restaurant. They were large with a wonderful crunch on the outside and full of stuffing. They were not greasy like many egg rolls I've had. The food is prepared to order so it took about 12 minutes or so for our General Tso's Chicken to arrive. There was plenty of rice and chicken on each plate. The sauce was outstanding. It had a wonderful flavor but I would have liked for it to have had more spice. There wasn't any "heat" to speak of. I've always avoided the peppers, hearing they were "mean" and would kick your tail if you ate one of them. I actually ate one of the red peppers that was in the sauce and there was not any "heat" in the peppers at all. My biggest complaint was the chicken was overcooked. Some of the smaller pieces were so hard they were nearly inedible. The meat crunched all the way through and you could barely chew them. The larger pieces were much better but still overcooked and hard. We both took leftovers home and had enough for lunch the next day. The owner came by our table and was extremely personable. We didn't mention the overcooked chicken but complimented him on the rest of the meal. The prices were comparable to other Chinese restaurants. It was good enough that I would try China Luck again. The egg rolls alone are enough to make me visit again. I 'm hoping the overcooked chicken was just an isolated instant and that next time it will cooked properly.

We decided on Chinese and wanted a good eat in place. We started with hot n sour soup which was excellent. It had a clear broth instead of the goopy kind that some places serve. Excellent soup! The spring rolls were also very good. My husband had a dinner portion of sesame chicken. It had nice all meat pieces of chicken instead of mostly breading that I'm used to having elsewhere and a sauce that was fresh tasting. We will definitely return.

Ordered takeout last evening. Service at the counter was fast and it didn't take long to put my order together. Their egg drop soup is delicious, and so is the hot and sour soup. I have a quirky thing about these two soups - like to mix the two half and half. Yu's accommodated me and the combination was perfect. They add chunks of chicken and shrimp to the hot and sour soup. Oh, to DIE for! I also ordered the sweet and sour chicken. Another great choice! I'm definitely going back for more deliciousness and fast, friendly service. Another plus is that they will deliver within a limited radius. Yes!!!

We arrived with children and grandchildren and were seated promptly including the highchair. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The steam table was well stocked (except they had run out of white rice). We've been here before and one of the things we like it that they are consistently good -- and they have a good variety. Their fried shrimp, chicken, scallops, etc. were lightly breaded so that you tasted the flavor of the meat/fish more than the breading. It was nice to have a variety of fruit, and desserts. Most were very good. The soft-serve ice cream was good, but they put the tray of cones too close to the warm air vents on the machine and they had picked up a "restaurant flavor." I got mine from the bottom of the pan and didn't have the problem. I told the manager and hopefully they will fix the problem. The restaurant, including the restrooms, were clean. We'll be back.
