We came here on our first day in Spain to enjoy tapas, and after traveling and enjoying amazing food in Spain for a month, came here again before leaving for the airport. Every food we ate here was simple, fresh and delicious. Staff was always accommodating and friendly, I guess typical with most Spanish neighborhood restaurants. The restaurant is in the historic area of the city, so before or after a nice round of tapas and drinks, itâs a great location to walk about and see the church and other significant buildings nearby.

Nos la dan a conocer mis primos y a las 5 de la tarde, hora intempestiva para comer pero llegábamos de viaje aéreo y con hambre; a pesar de tener la cocina cerrada no tuvieron problema en ponernos unas raciones de jamón ibérico con queso manchego buenÃsimas, ensalada de tomate y ventresca tb ricaaa y unas cañas que completaron el menú. Mucha simpatÃa y buena atención. Repetiremos en la próxima visita a Colmenar. Cómo no hice fotos de esto, se lo hice al pescado que se preparó el dueño.

Its not a bad expierence ! The food is good and they really make an effort to serve well.The menus are inventive and try hard to please. The location is pleasant and comfortable. It's not gourmet, but its more modern than the classic , poorly served local dishes

I strongly recommend this restaurant for multiple reasons: quality of ingredients, combination of traditional cooking with sensible innovation, total correction in the service, etc. Foie, goat cheese with honey, local meats or grilled cod are dishes to taste.The only cons are the price (30-50â¬)and the decorations, but in any case it is worth the visit

Absolutely fantastic place! Waitresses are so good people that i haven't seen a better service anywhere near like it is in La Sede. Food is good presentations of the plates and fresh ingredients. As a foreigner its not easy to find good places but i highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work

Four friends and I had dinner here on 1st June. Everything was perfect. Excellent service, delicious food and wonderful wine. Special congratulations to the two waitresses who, despite a busy Thursday night crowd, were wonderful and attentive without being at all intrusive. Highly recommend the Toro wine, croquetas and the steak. All fabulous!

Our family went there for a lunch. I wasnât expecting the attention to detail of the food served, the plates were delicious, the meat nicely done and the puddings were to dye for! The waiter could have been a bit more friendly but I guess Iâm more used now to the south of Spain weâre people is super amicable and open. Felicitar a los dueños por este maravilloso lugar,es espectacular.La cena una delicia tras otra,para compartir croquetas y parrillada de verduras,de segundo merluza y pulpo,postres tarta de queso y applestrudel con helado de vainilla....todo buenÃsimo.El trato del personal muy atento e impecable. This is the first time I have been here, and surely not the last one. We went four people and all of us we finished with the same opinion, everything was super!! Good quality food, very professional service and quiet atmosphere. Highlight "pimientos del piquillo rellenos de carabineros" and "Merluza rellena de Txangurro"I recommend it 100% and I will be back very soon!
