I strongly recommend this restaurant for multiple reasons: quality of ingredients, combination of traditional cooking with sensible innovation, total correction in the service, etc. Foie, goat cheese with honey, local meats or grilled cod are dishes to taste.
The only cons are the price (30-50€)and the decorations, but in any case it is worth the visit

fuimos guiados por las opiniones en Tripadvisor pero nos decepcionó muchísimo, la calidad de la comida tiene mucho que mejorar (las navajas estaban chiclosas, es un producto que comemos a menudo en la costa) , las croquetas estaban bien.
la decoración no es de nuestro gusto.

Enormous burguers with a good proportion of good beef and natural ingredients for a really reasonable price.
The restaurant is what is it, and do not pretend to be something different. The owners really put interest on personally attending his customers and is really, really kind.
For me it is a much better option than the plastic burguers you can have in most of the well known burguer restaurants.

Its not a bad expierence ! The food is good and they really make an effort to serve well.
The menus are inventive and try hard to please. The location is pleasant and comfortable. It's not gourmet, but its more modern than the classic , poorly served local dishes

Manolo is famous for their manolitos; small sweet croissants, either normal or dipped in chocolate. But besides that all of the rest of their goodies is excellent as well, I am addicted to the simple toast with tomato for breakfast, but the croissants also find their way very often to our house.

Absolutely fantastic place!
Waitresses are so good people that i haven't seen a better service anywhere near like it is in La Sede.
Food is good presentations of the plates and fresh ingredients.
As a foreigner its not easy to find good places but i highly recommend this place.

(+): Really good pizza, great dough, toppings and flavors. (-): If the price was a little bit cheaper it would have been the perfect place. Families for sure can afford it, but students not that easy. Great though! I enjoyed the pizzas!

Estuve cenando en la terraza y es muy agradable, está muy cuidada y a pesar de que estaba llena es un sitio tranquilo.
La atención de los empleados fue correcta.
Probamos un par de raciones y platos principales, faltaban un par de platos de la carta, pero lo que pedimos, especialmente las raciones, estaban muy buenas, las almejas riquísimas y el surtido cántabro también, el solomillo de cerdo y la lubina no estaban mal pero tampoco era para tirar cohetes...
En general me llevo una buena opinión pero si vuelvo seguramente pida sólo raciones.

(+): Cheap, and feels like homemade! Really worth! The burgers good and juicy, the prices low. (-): The fried potatoes don't come with the burgers. Five stars though, cause the price is really worth, and the quality is great.
