We really wanted to like this place- itâs 5 minutes from our house and we love sushi. We have been probably 5 or 6 times. They usually have pretty good specials running like 2 rolls for $10 and dollar sushi sundays. Any other time itâs generally overpriced for what it is. We came on a Sunday for the dollar sushi deal and they wouldnât honor it because it was New Yearâs Eve..In addition, in the summer itâs really hot in there and in the winter, itâs freezing. They just donât want to pay for heat/AC. The âhot green teaâ is just bagged Lipton. Next time we want sushi we are going to go try the new place in McDonough, Miyako.

I exited at a large âmallâ exit on I-75 while traveling and while testing to decide the âbestâ fast food drive-thru option, I saw a sign for Miyako! Great decision. The sushi was delicious and beautifully presented. Not sure when Iâll travel this way again, but it is a place I would visit again.

Well, it is our first time here. First off it is very clean and the people were very kind. I thought for what you get , it was a little over priced. For what we paid we could have gone up the street and went to an official Japanese restaurant with a gril. The food was ok. Small portion again for the price. I got steak and shrimp is 12.45 and u got fried rice (plain rice with soy sauce). No soup or salad.

This place turned out to be a very good hidden surprise. I had never noticed this place before and finally decided to give it a shot.Lunch was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. I'd recommend this place to anybody!

This is a Japanese restaurant that offer hibachi and regular tables. Thereâs fresh sushi which we have always enjoyed. The restaurant is clean and well presented. The service is always great. Prices are typical for a hibachi restaurant, but they do not offer kids menus. If you have a large family of kids I would suggest other hibachi places in the area that offer kids meals. My experiences have always been good and my daughter loves this place.
