Like most chains you come to expect cookie cutter service and product. This trip to Firehouse was no different. The service was what you would expect and the food typical. What was different about this Firehouse Subs is that I had to wait for two employees who were done with their shift to stop talking about personal things with the cashier before I could order my food.

My daughter and I went for a quick dinner, i had the hamburger 2 patties and she had bacon cheeseburger. We both ordered grilled mushrooms, neither burger had them. My daughter's bacon burger did not have bacon. My burger was extremely dry, fries were decent. I spent over $20, i expected more. I will not return.

Took out of town guest to Truett's Grill so that he could experience first hand what we are always bragging about. Ordered and was told they were out of GRILLED CHICKEN FILLETS when we tried to get platters. Disappointed, I settled on CHICKEN NUGGETS. For one of mine and my guest's sides, we ordered COLLARD tasteless. I had bragged on them earlier. To my dismay, they were served with no seasoning. It was embarrassing. I asked the server what was gong on and she reported that they no longer flavored the COLLARD GREENS. because many people wanted GLUTEN FREE meals. We're in the South, we use seasoning. The sweet potato casserole, green beans (although green beans could use more seasoning) and macaroni and cheese were delicious.

I'd only previously visited the location in Colorado Springs and it was good, while out shopping today near this location... I decided to stop for lunch and I was not disappointed. I had the combo meal with two tacos, fries, a drink PLUS I added the donut bites! Customer service at the drive thru window was pleasant and prompt but man oh man, I couldn't make it out of the parking lot because the bag smelled so good. I parked and was able to enjoy my delicious meal before swallowing the donuts..... awesome!

Vegan selection is the bomb !!!!!!!!!!!!! Overall friendly and great customer service. Hot pizza and delicious. I wouldnât expect anything like this right down the street from our home. We have passed this place many times, just stop today. Will visit again

I have only tried the meatball sub and it is delish. The employees at this location are friendly. Service is great and that he atmosphere is relaxed. The restaurant is always clean. They have a punch card if you fill it up you get a free sub.

Drive Thru is always fast and the young people are always very helpful and friendly. Food always good and hot. Great place to get dinner for the family on the way home from work. A++
