This was the best pizza we've had all in years. Their meat pizza was loaded and their "Leonardo's" (calzone) was delicious. Service was fantastic.

We had a reservation, but were kept waiting for additional time - even though we could see multiple booths available. Also, our small party of 3 was seated at an uncomfortable large round table/booth that could have held 6 people easily - when there were multiple vacant smaller booths available for the entire length of our dinner. It was difficult to carry on conversations at this oversized table and there did not seem to be any valid reason for seating us there. Very frustrating.The food was good and the waitress was adequate. I was sorry that they no longer grate fresh parmesan at the table - the waitress just spooned it on from a bowl; it tasted like Kraft parmesan cheese out of a shaker. Not what I expect from an "upscale" restaurant.Overall, a disappointing experience.

We eat here alot, and always always have great lunch meals. The specials can't be beat. Also the food, we love it. Pizza is the best in Richmond! Since we come alot the waitress and owner know us, it's a real family run place!

When we couldnât get a table at another restaurant, we went to Bellacinoâs .What a surprise! The restaurant was quiet on a Friday night, the staff was smiling and attentive, the food was hot and tasty. We had a small pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni. The pepperoni had a nice âzingâ to it and the sauce was very good. The crust was a bit thin but baked well. Very, very nice experience!

Our service at Saturday lunch was good but the food only average. THe gyro was average at best. It was lacking in the traditional Tziki sauce that is customary. The lamb/beef slices looked uniform and prefab rather that freshly sliced and authentic. Others in our group ordered Italian items and they looked good. The inside of the restaurant was decorated for Christmas so that was fun and a Santa was there to welcome and interact with patrons. He was quite good. If I go back I will stick to the Italian dishes.

The kitchen needs congratulating but the service staff, although a lovely personality, needs training. Blame the management! We're less than halfway through the appetiser when our main course appears and we have to send it back. Poor waitress seemed bemused. Despite her loveliness this is not good enough. The food was good, although some of the portion sizes were excessive. No wonder we're fat!

It was team lunch and we chose this restaurant to celebrate our colleagues bâdays. It was a Greek and Italian restaurant offering great dishes. It was quite empty. We got the table back at the restaurant. I must say our server was well courteous, patient and ready to answer whatever silly question we asked. We ordered 7-8 dishes which includes followingHomemade lamb burger-I had it and I must say it was a big chunk of fat lamb juicy patty. Quite deliciousBuffalo chicken sandwich- it was also goodChicken shish kabab- first I wanted to try this, but one of my colleagues had it and he said it was good.Other folks had steak & cranberries salad, tuna, fish chips, falafel wrap and other dishes and it was all good. Only thing was after order, they took almost 40 minutes to serve. Never mind food was good and we enjoyed it.Yup one more thing- we ordered from the lunch menu and all item was under $10 so it was well under budget so definitely recommended for lunch and we would definitely come back for lunch.I enjoyed my juicy lamb burger.

There are a number of Greek establishments in Richmond (including one authentic one), and Grapevine seems a reliable choice in the western suburbs. The people are all friendly and attentive, and the food is good. The atmosphere is "upscale" enough to make one feel one has gone out for a meal. Add plenty of parking, and Grapevine merits a return visit. I do wish it fully embraced a full Greek menu rather than caving to Italian fare, but, hey, the owners know how to run a business and meet the public half way. Worth checking out if, like me, you like to eat Greek as regularly as possible.

Everything was spot on...the table location, the waiter, the bread, the dipping sauce, the entree and the wine. Big portions, too. The homemade sausage is fab, and so is the chicken pesto. Oh, and the salad is always pleasing. We will be back again!
