Nice decor and attentive staff. I had the burger with goat cheese and cured ham. With a glass of wine this made for a satisfying meal. I finished with the hot strawberries in syrup with green peppercorns. This was a new take on strawberries which Iâll certainly try at home. Hello Edwin1957! Thank you very much for your visit and for recommending us! Good luck trying our recipe! I really hope it works! See you soon! :)

Nice sco friendly building in the middle of the island, with solar panels, self desalinated water. They had to bring a number of ingredients from main Faro and the employees have to travel to the island daily, so understandably the food here cannot be that cheap. we spent about 90 euros for two, including 2 beers. The food quality was good. We had very fresh coastal prawns simply boiled. It was a shame that we could not order some catch of the day fishes because they are way too big for 2 pax to share. only seabass was offered for tables with 2 or less ppl. We had the tuna onion dish and black ink squid dish. Both were great. the oysters were also very fresh and brinythe ambience was good, even though its indoor, the glass wall panels can be opened up for fresh sea breeze to come in. i would return there for sure.

We stopped in yesterday morning for a coffee and croissant, very good! Came back the next day and found a cute reading area in the back of the restaurant for a light brunch! Enjoyed the space and the food.

We are a vegan restaurant located in downtown Faro. We have an open kitchen overlooking the dining room on the first floor. We use mostly local produce and organic supplies to create delicious and flavorful dishes, we also have vegan and organic wines, na
We were so fortunate to visit them after they had had an extended closure for a holiday. They do a set menu for lunch which is soup, choice of 3 mains, an iced ginger tea & coffee for 10â¬. Our split pea soup was creamy and perfectly seasoned, and my partner had the falafel Buddha bowl which (as an omnivore) he said was one of the best things he's eaten in the Algarve. I ate the tofu scramble which came with pearl barley and a fresh salad. Our waiter was polite and attentive, and spoke perfect English to answer all of our questions. The dining area is cute, and I love the family vibe they have. A must try for any vegans visiting Faro! I wish we had time to go back and try their "egg" for dinner!

When we arrived we stood by the counter for about 15minutes before they even took our order. Was weird since they were standing right in front of us preparing food. When we finally got to order, we wanted two sandwiches with two extra ingredients. On the menu it said 0,5⬠extra for it so thought it would be easy to understand. The waitress did not understand at all before her college took over after about a good while. We literally spent over 30minutes just to order our food. The food and the juice did arrive around 10minutes later. The juice was horrible and watery, but the sandwiches was amazing. But because of the slow service I would not go again.

The restaurant looks like a new one, the waitresses are nice and polite but they speak nothing but portugues. The food is very good but the portions are pretty small. Be careful regarding the starters (bread, olives, butter and several sauces) because they will bring to you without even asking and they will charge it. The service is pretty slow and even if you reserve a table you will get the food pretty later. Furthermore in 2019 I can't accept that it's not possible to pay by cards and the nearest atm is pretty far away by walk from the restaurant. In conclusion the food is very good but the price is high compared to the quality. I give 4 stars but they should deserve less.
