Great service, amazing food, modern and traditional. Really highly recommend. We came as a group and it was perfect. There is a parking just outside, good choice of wine and draft beers.

Made reservations for Quai38 in advance of our stay in Lille. Did not want to miss this for a wonderful evening with my wife, who is a food snob like myself. We enjoyed the atmosphere and service. The staff makes you feel very welcome. Dishes were original and putting the quality of the food in its power. This tasted like a starry starry night! Bertrand cum suis... thanks for this experience.

We went for dinner here on a busy night without a reservation. It was hot out and everyone dined al fresco - brilliant idea except for the mozzies which tend to find me.The service was patchy because of staff shortage during the evening and the manager/maitre d'hotel was personally very apologetic for any gaps.We enjoyed a tremendous palate of flavours, food created with a modern twist and gorgeous surrounds and ambience.The wine list was very comprehensive and brief (French selections and par verre), the three course formule was freshly prepared and a perfect balance of appearance and flavour. Seasonal berries, fresh fish and lovely starter.This place is run by 2 enthusiastic young folks, such was the pressure, the chef did runs to tables with the meals - a real team effort and bravo to them for that.A definite place to return to: Les Gourmets is in a lovely building adjacent to a parish church and with tons of parking. This part of Marcq is residential and quiet.As proof positive as to the quality, the restaurant had many neighbourhood residents in.Superb start.

Wow. A great little find just out from the centre of Lille . A small menu of absolutely lovely food. We enjoyed everything that we ate. The service was helpful, informative and friendly. A really pleasant ambience for our meal. Good value wines ( the Petit Chablis was very reasonable ). It really is a gem of a restaurant ( modern, clean, fresh ); well worth a bit of an effort to get out to.

Cadre, personnel, carte .. ce restaurant a tous les atouts en main .. accueil hyper sympa, service souriant, pro, rapide et attentionné... belle carte et des plats plein de saveurs et à la présentation impeccable.. nous avons passé un excellent déjeuner ! Mon bar aux artichauts et sauce façon bouillabaisse était excellent ! Une vraie envie dây retourner rapidement ! Bravo

The restaurant is tiny, mainly because the kitchen IS the restaurant. Overall the service is lovely, the team work well together, the food is varied, fresh and well presented. If anything, the cooking smells can be overpowering but hey, that's show cooking for you... and for a vegan like me, I'm just delighted I can have a really nice meal and my husband gets to celebrate his love of meat.Thank you very much for your comment. The restaurant is simply furnished but it is cosy.The kitchen is open so you can see the Chefs cooking. You can see that all the food is cooked from scratch. The food and service are very good. The prices are reasonable for the quality and the wine list is good.Highly recommended if you are visiting Lille

Not exactly knowing what to expect when we got there, we were more than pleasantly surprised. Beautifully decorated tables were strewn around on a field reminding us of days past on the farm - we were actually sitting at our table in the field. And then the service - impeccable. We choose the Menu Surprise and boy it was lots of surprises - one better then the other. The wines we got with the 4-course-lunch (officially 3 courses) went very well with the food we were served. And it's affordable on top of it. A real trouvaille. We will go back thats for sure.
