I was fortunate enough to have gone to Le Petit Boulevard last night with my French 'family' to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. Facade of the building is stunning, especially at night when lit up. One of the best restaurants in Lille-great setting and ambience in a stylish classic setting with large tables in a comfortable and relaxing setting. Staff kind of 'old school' and formal but that is my preference. Food was first rate. We had set menus for only 24euro each and the wine list was extremely good and ranged from approx 15 euro to whatever you wished to pay. And the 'cheaper' ones were superb bottles of wine as endorsed by my French wine experts of the family.
Book as it was even very busy on a Tuesday night.

This is without any doubts one of the BEST RESTAURANT IN the Lille area.
Food is STUNNING and excellent and service is very good.
Price is very reasonable if you compare to any similar restaurant in cities like LONDON or PARIS ( would cost your twice the bil you will pay in here!!!)
Highly recomand it for special occasion.

N’Autre Monde restaurant just two steps from the Grand Place brings you the world’s cuisines in a warm, modern setting. The dining room is a fabulous blend of pink walls, exposed brick, Louis XV chairs, chandeliers, downlighters and dramatic flower displays. Self-taught chef David Beve puts his fascination with the world’s cultures to great use in his monthly-changing menus, utilizing all the flavours of the planet with a special focus on the Caribbean and Asia, filtered through his own imagination. Dishes might include courgette flowers stuffed with salmon accompanied with red pepper coulis, roast duck breast with Szechuan pepper and rhubarb chutney, and waffle with mango compote and coulis and vanilla Chantilly. The wine list is just as much a vagabond as the chef, with bottles from every wine-producing country, it seems, as well as the classic French regions. Finish your meal with a choice of coffees and teas from all over the globe. Hire the entire venue to seat up to 35 for lovely banquets or smart seminars.

Wonderful food and even better service! Came here for my wife's birthday so was hoping for something special. Not at all disappointed... I had the squid followed by pork - both tender and accompanied with perfect vegetables and sauces. Not a big desert person, but the cheesecake was incredible. Highly recommended
PS - wife loved it too... gambas followed by duck and an incredible pavlova... gorgeous

Excellent fish restaurant. This is our 3rd visit and the welcome was absolutely perfect. A comfortable, yet sophisticated setting, off the beaten track, yet easily accessible on foot or by car.
We would totally recommend it for the choice and freshness of the ingredients, the beautiful combinations and presentation, as well as the excellent wine list and desserts.

The restaurant is tiny, mainly because the kitchen IS the restaurant. Overall the service is lovely, the team work well together, the food is varied, fresh and well presented. Had lunch here, sitting outside and enjoyed the meal. Bit surprised that the dish of the day and dessert of the day were no longer available at 1pm but guess that proves it is a popular place to eat and that the French all eat at 12!

Had a dinner here recently and lovely family-friendly ambience. The food is strictly not gastronomique, though the menu generous and choice ample. My steak was cooked a little less than a point, but that is not unusual in France. Served with frites (no choice offered) which is my only regret on a well prepared and tasty meal.
Lovely service and pleasant greeting from a warm maitre d'hotel.
Very competitive price point, informal atmosphere; the wooden panelling would not go amiss in old New York. A place to dine with friends and family, not so much a romantic venue.
A place to go to often and our fellow diners seemed to know the team and cuisine.
