Mikkeli (Swedish: S:t Michel official writing, short for Sankt Michel) is a town and municipality in Finland. It is located in what used to be the province of Eastern Finland and is part of the Etelä-Savo region. The municipality has a population of 54,390 (31 August 2017) (around 34,000 in the town itself) and covers an area of 3,229.57 square kilometres (1,246.94 sq mi) of which 424.7 km (164.0 sq mi) is water. The population density is 32 inhabitants per square kilometre (83/sq mi) .

Kahvilapalvelut ketjun Pressolle tyypilliset.Kotiruokalounas ja pitsabuffan pitsat ja limsat kuuluvat samaan lounaaseen ja niitä saa syödä niin paljon kuin haluaa. Jäätelö lisämaksusta. Ruoka on hyvää, mutta pöydät ja lattiat usein epäsiistejä (pyyhkimättömiä), joten siitä miinusta reippaasti.

Kiva kahvila, löytyy makeaa ja suolaista ja jopa kevyttä lounasta (keitto). Lupsakka savolainen palvelu, henkilökunta tekee mielellään suosituksia ja lisämyyntiä. Kahvila on kauppakeskuksessa, joten avointa tilaa riittää ja voit seurata ohikulkevia ihmisiä. Tällaisissa paikoissa harvoin on sitä tunnelmallisuutta. Miinukseksena mainitsen vielä maksulliset wc:t, jotka sijaitsevat kulman takana. Kahviosta saa toki poletin.

Sapas (savolainen tapas) festivaali pidettiin Mikkelissä Elokuussa ja pitihän ne paikat kiertää läpi. Tämä arvostelu koskee ainoastaa sapas annosta eikä mitää muuta ravintolan tarjontaa. Annos oli koottu nätisti ja maku oli ihan ok ilman mitään suuria elämyksiä. Palvelu leppoisan mukavaa.

We visited Cafe-Restaurant Greener first time the next day when it was opened. We had tea. They have few other types of cakes and pastries made in nearby bakeries. They have some other types of cakes and pastries made in nearby bakeries and sold by them.The manager of restaurant told us that they are going to put their efforts in high quality food. The menu seems fine. It might even present the "KISS" principle which includes "keep it simple stupid". This is good vision because less is more. Though, I have not try the menu yet but the smell of food has been captivating every time.I think the best thing in this place is that it is wide and bright. The terrace is wide and there is a good view of the scenery for pind and children's play areas if your kids are playing there.

I'm sorry to say but the surroundings were really poor - the first look was that it's probably closed and broke because of the long grass outside.. we still entered the restaurant and what we saw was three staff members eating their breakfast at 1 p.m. and talking to us with their mouth full.. everything smelled of fat.. I don't understand where are these beautiful pictures taken and by who are these good reviews written... really ugly and unpleasant environment. Sorry but you really need to do some cleaning and rebranding!

You can find this cafe in shop center Marski. Staff is very friendly and nice. Cakes are delicious.

We visited Mikkeli market place and needed something to eat. Luckily there was Ramin Konditoria cafe in the market place where we found lovely sandwiches and drinks. The seating area is covered with shades so it's nice to sit there even if the sun is shining heavily.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were lucky enough to have dinner in the manor in addition to the lovely buffet breakfast. The surroundings were beautiful, there is a great herb/veg garden and a secret walled garden to explore as well. We also went for a short walk in the forest and a row on the lake.The main attraction was the food. Every ingredient was fresh and delicious. The bread was freshly baked, veggies were from the garden and the farm also make their own honey and juice. The eggs at breakfast were the best I think Iâve ever had in my life. The smoked salmon and herring were amazing. Not only that but the service was great, extra special thanks to the lady who manages the breakfast buffet- she was so lovely to us!Dear London2wnie, greetings from Terttis Manor!
