Reviewed By 3gavinaI can really recommend the Runo, a swift and friendly check in, good rooms, great wifi, helpfully and friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. There is also a sauna at the hotel and access to a 24 hour gym just across the road. All in all very good and highly recommended. All staff speak very good English

Nice place if you wanna catch a plane
Reviewed By mittal sI had booked the place as it was within budget and had to take an early morning flight. Room was basic. The bed was comfy. Half the room was below ground so felt weird. The place is mostly self service. The common areas were clean. Everything you need is available for a flight night

Huono siivous.
Reviewed By oh6mczOlen asunut kyseisessä Forenomin huoneistohotellissa useamman kuukauden työni takia. Huone pitäisi siivota sopimuksen mukaan kerran viikossa, ja samalla vaihdettaisiin liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Viikkosiivous on jäännyt tekemättä useana viikkona. Pahimillaan olen jotunut soittamaan kolmena päivänä saman viikon aikana, että saisin huoneelle edellisellä viikolla tekemättä jääneen siivouksen. Seurasin toisern kerran miten siivous järjestyy viiden viikon aikana, kyseisenä jaksona huone siivottiin ainoastaan kerra. Muutenkin on yksittäisiä viikkoja jolloin siivous on jäännyt tekemättä luvattoman paljon. Sijainti on hyvä, mutta siivous tosi huono.

Forenom cancels my booking 48 hours before arrival--no apology, no explanation
Reviewed By kevin_noonan17 Aug 2019: I booked a room for 3 nights on Booking.com. Next I had to pay in advance Eur 208 on Forenom's website with my credit-card. 23 Sept 2019: Forenom suddenly cancelled my booking (via email from Booking.com). There was no apology, nor explanation from Forenom. Booking.com says any increased cost will be refunded if I book again on their website--but the *only* property available on the site at such short notice is another Forenom apartment. 25 Sept 2019: on arrival in Helsinki I must pick up keys (while carrying my luggage) at an unmanned office 14 Km away from the apartment where I have to stay. After finally reaching the apartment, I have to make up my own bed, there's no WiFi, there are no facilties nearby (it's the middle of nowhere in the Vantaa area).

Buona la camera ma caro e con esterno da dimenticare.
Reviewed By giancarlo bArrivati a Helsinki e ritirata l'auto, dopo 50 km ci siamo fermati in questo motel con ogni info ottenuta via email. A lato della strada per la vicina Porvoo, questo motel pare piazzato in mezzo a un cantiere e consiste in lunghi casermoni senz'anima. Le nostre due camere sono viceversa ok, ristrutturate, grandi, moderne e fornite del necessario. A posteriori, giudichiamo questo albergo piuttosto caro viste le sue caratteristiche complessive, comunque perfetto per la vicinanza alla bella Porvoo. Metodo avveniristico per accedere alle camere, ma nessuna reception nè lobby, solo camere e basta. Oltre a maxispazio per parcheggiare in quello che pare un cantiere dai lavori in corso. Esempio di una gestione ricettiva senza personale in loco.
