Ate both in Berlusca and in Fenomeno (Both are related and next to each other, the former is pastas and the latter is hamburgers). The pastas are really nice, the hamburgers are amazing - amongst the bests I have ever had and only for 40 Bolivianos!Also great german beer (Rare in Bolivia).Most importantly: NO SALMONELLA! (Even more rare in Bolivia). Trust me I ate there four times.

After a couple of disappointing meals in Bolivia we were so happy to find this place. Excellent and good quality meat. Very large servings. Our bellies were very satisfied after visiting this place. I had the mac and cheese burger which was massive but delicious. When I heard about this place I was so excited. I entered the main room and was impressed with decorations. I came in with crutches and sat down and was then told I had to get up and make an order at the counter. They're really happy with their big screen computer at the counter but, all in all, the lack of service staff at a place like this in La Paz is big down side. The second big strike is that Beer they so tout with their name is disappointing. Only two beers were on tap and one of them was Paceña. I'd recommend this if you have some time and are curious - otherwise, just stick to a place like Factory.

Honestly best burgers yet in Bolivia!!! And the chicken wings are fantastic!!!! Had Jack-Daniels wings and Texas burger!! To die for! While u wait you can take a look at their cute art on walls!! Prices are super reasonable too!

We went to the Factory with family and friends. It has a great sports bar environment. We had some wings, then burgers and fries, with a beer or two. The food was tasty. The environment was plenty lively with both foreigners and locals enjoying their night out. After a month in Bolivia, my wife was ready for a good old burger and fries dinner. This was just the ticket.
