Reviewed By nuriakmI highly recommend this hotel in the town of Uyuni. The rooms were very big, bed very comfortable and excellent hot water. Walls and furniture was made with salt blocks. The personnel was very kind and I even had home made gluten free cookies and bread. Prices were very convenient

Reviewed By jeanpr92Lovely hotel! My room is spotless and clean. Do not listen to the negative reviews before, I have no idea what they were talking about. Anyway, my room has a truly luxurious feel to it with great inspiring decor and amazing design and great bed. Bathroom is super clean. Wifi is fast, faster than the Palacio de Sal Hotel which I visited before coming to this hotel. And finally, the hospitality is top notch. The owner is great!

Reviewed By Corinne SSchöne Unterkunft, direkt neben dem Markt. Gut funktionierendes Wlan im Restaurant. Heisse Dusche hatte man immer. Einzig was man verbessern könnte ist das Frühstück,mehr und früher. Da die Touren um 07.00 Uhr starten sollte man ab 06.30 Uhr frühstücken können.

Reviewed By Ramla AI stayed here for one night and was met by friendly staff. They gave good advice on the local area and where to find food. The rooms are quite large and comfy, and warm, breakfast was great and I had hot water for a shower!

Reviewed By 810karstensSuper schönes Hotel in Uyuni! Das Anwesen ist zwar etwas außerhalb aber die Gastgeber organisieren einfach alles. Abholservice bis hin zum Lieferdienst. Es ist super sauber das Frühstück ist wirklich grandios. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und erfüllt einen alle Wünsche.

"Rumi Kipu", is a five room (14 beds) hotel, with the best view of Toro Toro Valley, located in the heart of Toro Toro National Park (PNTT), 2 km from town center. The name of this ecologic enterprise attended by its owners, consists of two Quechua words that describe the place: Rumi (Stone) and Kipu (the Inka writing system), an authentic Book written in Stone that tells the history of our planet. Rumi Kipu is part of a agro-ecologic farm. It has a waste water treatment system, as well as a rainwater harvest system, for the irrigation of hundreds of fruit trees and native species. In order to help saving energy, it counts with a set of solar pannels for water heating. It also recycles all its organic waste into compost for fertilizing its crops. The meals offered in its menus, consist of organic and home made bread, marmalade, yogurt, cereals and seasonal fruits. The hotel has three dobblerooms, and two caudruple rooms each with two beds in the first floor and two beds in its loft.

Reviewed By Neela264Lovely rooms, very clean and comfortable with every detail focussed on the needs of the guest. The views from the property are beautiful. Alfonso and Anne-Marie are wonderful, warm hosts and made us feel so much at home. They provided us with advice about tours and arranged transport for us in to the village, as well as back to Cochabamba at the end of our stay. The food is just exquisite - fresh and tasty with wonderful flavours. This is quite easily one of the loveliest, most welcoming places you can expect to find.

Reviewed By CRU747Non va assolutamente sottovalutato: l'acqua calda e, soprattutto, il RISCALDAMENTO fanno di questo posto davvero una bella scoperta. Un cortile sul quale affacciano le varie stanze, molto carine e con piacevole acqua calda. Wifi funzionante, colazione abbondante. I gestori di corsa e molto disponibili a soddisfare le nostre richieste. La ciliegina sulla torta è rappresentata dalla terrazza in cima: se avete fiato per arrivarci, godrete un'impareggiabile vista su PotoSì, il Cerro Rico e, tramite interfono, vi potete anche far portare una birra! Posizionato ad un paio di strade dal centro. Consigliatissimo!

Reviewed By HoosierMintI did not like this “hotel.” It is too far from the Tupiza city center and restaurants. It is more of an apartment house than a hotel. You need a key to enter the garage area area and another for your unit.. No attendant. It appears some people live there full time. The stove in our unit did not work... no way to make morning tea or coffee. We had to wait for our tour leaders to bring us hot coffee. Bummer. The tour leaders chose this property for their own purposes. I certainly would not choose it.
