Perfect view, great location
Reviewed By Lynda MWe booked our 3 day break to Sea view Apartments on the recommendation of a friend. The booking process online was easy and when I did ring the office, the lady on the desk was so friendly and accommodating. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor with a balcony and faced the ocean. It was brilliant. The sun was pretty hot in the afternoon (February in Western Australia) but the front room had blinds on the west windows. After sunset, the balcony was a lovely place to sit. The apartment was so very clean and had everything we needed if we wanted to cook and a big tv. My only issue was that there were no fly screens on any window so we couldn't leave the balcony doors open for a breeze, and had to have the aircon on all the time. Parking was easy and located under the building and was free. Access to the rooms from the parking area was via lift. Having access to the beach across the road was great, though there was a bit of a rip in that part of the beach which worried me. There is a lovely pool and usually a cafe but the cafe was closed whilst we were there. All in all, it was a wonderful break and we would recommend staying here. We will come back.

Enjoyable stay at The Pearle
Reviewed By SmithA1989Despite some of the below negative reviews, my family and I had a lovely stay at The Pearle! We stayed in a villa and had plenty of room with a nice little pool for our toddler to splash around in. Marcus (who I dealt with prior) was lovely and did everything he could to put my mind at ease regarding the negative reviews on safety and break ins. We never felt unsafe and felt that the staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Only thing I’d recommend would be to expand the cafe menu and maybe think about creating a dinner menu for the guests, as if you don’t have a car it’s quite a walk in the dark at night to/from any restaurants. We had rented a car so it didn’t effect us but definitely felt for some of the other couples/ families we drove past in the dark making the trek!

Reviewed By annief576We always stay here as the location on the Marina is so handy for all the restaurants. The apartment is well equiped and very clean. The queen size bed is very comfortable. Staff are very obliging if you need anything. The undercover secure car park is very secure.

I notice others on here complaining about the noise from the hotel next door. We were in a room right next to the hotel. While we could hear music with the balcony door open, once we had closed it there wasn't a problem. beautiful outlook from our room looking over park land.

( not a problem Tho) beautiful restaurant under the building. Car park is tight to drive into on both entrances, if ur in a 4 wheel drive.. U can’t actually pull into drive way or ours would have smashed the gate ( not enough space to pull in) So always had to get a child to get out and scan the card ! Very inconvenient if I was by my self with a newborn! * only negative is we had poo splatter under the main toilet seat. ( wasn’t from us ) but other than that MINT clean condition ! * the room Above must have tip water over the edge as we had bulk water fall Into our balcony ( like a water fall x2 times in our stay!!) rude I thought personally what if we were sitting out there at the time, ( however I did have photos and uploaded on booking. Com and it says my review wasn’t on there guide lines.. mmmm I always review and this is a first for me ) So here I am staying the truth on here instead .

Reviewed By Helen SStayed here for a few days Friday to Monday. Very happy with our accommodation - simple with basic furniture. 2 adults & 2 young children. Upstairs were two bedrooms & bathroom. If you find it difficult to climb stairs this isn't for you as the stairs go straight up. Sliding door out to a small balcony over looking the pool. Was spacious & clean. Downstairs was self contained kitchen that lack nothing but being away from home we did live on take aways but all equipment available if you fancy cooking a meal. (Within walking distance is a great eating establishment that you should try and squeeze into you visit). Downstairs toilet with washing machine & dryer. A large table with a comfortable lounge to sit on. Outside grounds were very tidy. Great to stay in summer but would be totally different atmosphere as our stay the weather was May weather. Couldn't fault place if I need to stay in Mandurah again will stay here.

Reviewed By RusselM_13Great hotel and location. But they will not let us change our dates due to a NSW COVID19 lockdown. We do not wnat a refund. We just wanted to change dates. But now they will not allow any changes or any refunds. It is not worth the stress. All the other hotels on our tour have allowed us to change dates. There was no sympathy at all. I thoight hotels wanted out business.

Reviewed By georgeaC5400YKAlbany has a great deal to offer the traveller and we enjoyed our stay at the Hanover Bay Apartments. We had some trouble getting hold of the key box code but this was not the fault of the host, who had been trying her best to contact us. We stayed in the York apartment which has large windows overlooking the bay and the replica sailing ship, Amity. The apartment consists of the kitchen/living in front and the bedroom/bathroom behind. DVDs and books are available and it was a nice surprise to have chocolate! For me, the bedroom was quite dark as there is very little natural light and the view is of the open plan bathroom, but this is just my feeling. We thought we saw a rat in the garden but Jeanette explained that it was actually a Kwenda or small bandicoot, so it was lovely to see some of the local wildlife.
