Bundaberg East Cabin and Tourist Park

Unhappy occupant :(

Reviewed By 19MannyC82

Terrible. As soon as we opened the door, half of the living room has water on the floor, no idea where it came from. Unit not as advertised… quite different from what is shown in the advertisement. Furnitures in living room, kitchen and bedroom looks very old. The springs in the mattresses makes terrible noise with even the slightest turns, and we cant even get to sleep properly. Toilet and bathroom is inconvenient as we have to get out of the villa to use one. Aircon does not cool the unit enough as theres only one, located in the kitchen. Could not recommend sorry.

Enjoy the stunning sunrises or watch the moon rise over the ocean in the evening.

Peaceful place

We had never heard of Woodgate Beach until a friend recommend we stay here on our way north. This is a real gem, off the beaten track but much loved by visitors. The park has very good facilities and plenty of room to access your caravan site. The cafe at the front is one of the best. The beach is just across the road. Highly recommended

Very happy here and excellent service

Reviewed By Lorraine L

We chose to stay here because we belong to the BIG4 membership club. The park is very well maintained in a good position and the service was fantastic. We are not sure if we will stay for 3 or five nights and that didn't seem to be a problem when I booked in, we will decide tomorrow how long to stay depending on how much there is to see here.

Loved the location for views etc of the River and Bridges.Dont judge it from first impressions.

Lesson to never judge a book by it's cover..... A cracking Park just off the River with great views all times of the day. Older but immaculate facilities . Loved our 3 day stay here. Residents friendly. Tiny bit of noise from Work sites/sheds behind the Park in the day but that is us being really picky.

Not family friendly worst van park I have even stayed at or seen.

Reviewed By Kylie W

The pictures on the website certainly are not a true representation of the park. The park is mostly populated by long term residents who have pets and sites are cluttered with what can only be described as rubbish. The amenities were not wheelchair accessible as indicated on Google and wiki camps and hot water was hard to come by as the raps had to run for 2-5 minutes to get it to come through. Between the airport noise, the noise of the main road, the dogs barking and the domestic violence arguments occurring overnight and the fear of our stuff being stolen it was the worst place I have ever stayed. Would not recommend to anyone. The only good part about our trip here was the staff were very polite and friendly. I was very thankful it was only a one night stop over.
