There's a choice of outdoor and indoor seating. Scenic/historic street vs cozy basement (very clean with great atmosphere). We were in the mood for pizza & salad so that's where we focused. Wide selection of great combinations/toppings. Yummy and decently priced. Friendly staff too.

Big portions of starter made it impossible to finish a huge good pizza, but a box was given to take away the remaining half. It would have been better to give smaller portions/pizza and include a small side salad, I feel. Good atmosphere with Italian murals and faux Roman pillars giving a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Recommended.

For an inexpensive, relatively quick meal Le Quattro hits the spot. An Italian restaurant, specialising in pizza, the offering is surprisingly good and varied. Very busy on a wet Wednesday night, both my partner and I had the pizza - she the Napolitana and I the merguez and chorizo - together with a fresh salad and pommes frites, washed down with a Demi of house rose and then rouge. Everything was freshly prepared and cooked. The Napolitana was excellent (I finished off my wife's last piece), laced with good quality capers and my only criticism of my merguez and chorizo was that I forgot to add black olives to the order - my own fault. The sauce piquant could have done with another handful of chilies for me but had a nice flavour. The wine was perfectly drinkable and good value at â¬5.80 a demi. Service was very good and obviously this is a family concern. Very clean loos and overall ambiance very nice. Will stop here again as it is just about 3 minutes by car from the Ibis in Isneauville.

August 13 we spent one night in Rouen. Accidently we met Les Doges. No pizza! We were surprised: good taste, best quality, original, friendly service, pleasantly priced wines (Italian, French), nice interior. I hope this restaurant will go on this way, however then I expect the prices will rise here soon.

This is a restaurant where pasta are made fresh each day and their pasta are delicious. The staff is welcoming, efficient and friendly at once. There is a kids menu for â¬8. It is a safe bet for families.

Loved it. The food is cooked by a real Italian. And is delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed, chilled and informal. The outside seating in the sunshine is great - fewer tourists than in the nearby Vieux Marche and it's clear many clients are frequent visitors. The lunch menu is a choice two or three 'plats' whereas dinner time is a series of 'aperitifs' - think Italian tapas. They also know how to make a genuine Spritz! Prices are reasonable.

Sat outside in this pretty quiet square just off the busy area and shared a plate of charcuterie & cheese. Generous plat. Lovely quality. Splendid ( but expensive) wine choice. A quality place. You pay for what you get.
