We practice the art of Indulgent Mondays on the principle that, now we are retired, a leisurely lunch on Monday is especially enjoyable. Sitting on the terrace in the sun enjoying a glass of the shiraz which was part of the October deal was a great introduction to this excellent restaurant and from the minute the duck was presented we knew that we were in for a treat. The serving was generous and the duck was cooked to perfection in a delicate Thai sauce accompanied by a bowl of excellent rice. The desserts did not disappoint with a creme brûlée and opera cake garnished with berries. We will certainly be back!Hi JayWe really appreciate your glowing comments (the duck is a real treat)

Beautiful settings with stunning sculptures set the scene.Warm welcome by friendly staff.Very nice to see an abbreviated menu ensuring quality dishes.A simple starter of bread shows the attention to detail, 2 slices of thick grilled sourdough with whipped feta and butter, olive oil , best dish of this type I have had..$10 !A beautiful pulled lamb pasta dish followed, chocolate brownie and excellent coffee to finish..all so very very good. Excellent wine, honey to taste then a very reasonable bill.Visit here, you will not be disappointed!

Welcome to the breathtakingly beautiful Arimia Estate. If you take the time to meander down Quininup Road, just off Caves Road, you won't be disappointed. Nestled amongst the trees, overlooking the ridge is a hidden jewel that should not be missed. Arimia

Well done to the team at Arimia. “Off the grid” is their motto. Biodynamic/ organic on farm or similar locally sourced ingredients. This is no easy thing! Beautiful alfresco dining room with indoor area too! Firstly, the wines are made with estate grown organic fruit and are delicious with some blends that really showcase the regions grape growing prowess. The Chardonnay and GSM are winners. There are some lesser known Margaret River varietals like the Zinfandel that really shines. Now, the food is really well done too. We really enjoyed the daikon radish/air dried duck/ Kamo dashi; confit duck terrine/pickles/ tempura jalapeños; wood fired sunchoke/goat chevre/gnocchi/bread crumbs; robustly flavoured braised pork leg ragout (their own pigs of course)/ pancetta/ pecorino/ hand made tagliatelle And finished off with a couple of sweets of the day. This will cost $85 pp for 6 courses plus snacks and house made sourdough bread. Wine matching for each course is $45 extra.
