Imagine yourself on a warm summer afternoon, having a delicious pizza made with super fresh ingredients after a great day at the beach, along with someone you love, on a cozy esplanada with the most caring/smiling service. The Roulotte da Gigi has (almost) it all. You must bring your own dearest, I took mine with me.

We thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas and maracuja sangria in Giallo d'oro. We didn't want to fall victim to the typical tourist trap restaurants near the main square so we came across this restaurant while on our search for dinner. The friendly service and delicious pizza and drinks really made this a 5 star review! It is only a 2 minute walk to the train station so it's perfect for anyone heading back to Lisbon after a long day or walking around Sintra! We are absolutely delighted to have found this gem of a pizza place in Sintra! We are glad that you have found us before going back to Lisbon. Thanks a lot for recommending our food, drinks AND service. It was a pleasure to have such a nice couple with us for dinner. We hope to see you soon!

We were there at least 10 times during our vacation, because the food is amazing, the service is professional and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and really nice. Can be pretty cold in the evening, so need to bring a sweater or jacket.We are vegetarians and cannot stand most local restaurants since they all stink of dead fish. So this place is heaven for us. There is an additional food truck with more soulfood-veggie choices like curry, salads, soups etc...Next door you can buy great homemade beer (many choices with great taste!) and one more for nice wine, too.
