A great restaurant directly at the lake zurich you can park the boat directly under the terrace.We always get back itâs a great place at a sunny day for fresh and light food.I love the poke bowl itâs really fresh and tasty you can choose between salmon tuna or tofu great;)The waiters are always friendly and very fast;)good place to spend some time with friends.Thanks Mr Streule, we appreciate your feedback a lot!Kind regardsEsther

We went for an early dinner so were able to get a table without booking. This restaurant is not large but is obviously popular so I would recommend making a reservation.Other than pizza and pasta the menu is fairly limited, a couple of meat dishes, same for fish and for specials.As we sat there we saw many customers come in for take-away pizza. Depending where one sits they can be a nuisance and the staff had trouble getting past them for much of the time. They needed a separate window to the outside for pizza orders and collections!Although this is an Italian style restaurant, we didn't notice anyone who spoke Italian.There is a good selection of wines on their list and service was fine.

Really love this place for the pretty presentation as well as the unique and well made dishes. Everything, from the fresh focaccia, mint-plum ice tea, fresh gnocchi, etc. is made from scratch. The use of seasonal ingredients is well done, mixed with delicious takes on traditional dishes (e.g., purple sweet potato gnocchi). They start with a little amuse bouche and end with a homemade herbal infusion (think digestif taste without the alcohol). Comprehensive wine list. Very friendly and attentive service. Would come here again without hesitation.

On the 28th of December we attended a private wedding banquet at this restaurant. Being gourmet lovers i must say that the food was exceptional and the service totally friendly and professional. We would recommend it to all gourmet food lovers. The prices are not overrated for the food that you get to enjoy. Good wine choices as well.

My partner and I decided to try out the ânewâ Portofino which has been under new management for a year.We arrived without a reservation but were able to procure a table on the covered terrace at a high table and stools, which offered a great view of the dining area and the little marina.Our server Toby was fun and entertaining and made sure that we liked our food and that our wine glasses were always full. We had a tasty baked eggplant, tomato and mozzarella appetizer, followed by an awesome Quattro Formaggio Pizza. The âTiramisu Portofinoâ was a very visually stunning AND tasty ending to the meal. If you are looking for a tasty Italian meal with a lakeside view AND great service, definitely make a reservation (or just show up and take your chances) for a dinner at Portofino!

This is a wonderful authentic Italian family run restaurant not far from Erlenbach station although on a quiet street opposite the library.The welcome is always friendly and one can choose between outside tables and an inside section. I recommend sitting inside if you have young children as the road is quite close.We have tried pizza, numerous pastas (the seafood pasta is excellent), prawns, house meat specials, gnocchi, fish, salads and many desserts (we can recommend the cheesecake, and the lemon sorbet especially). They also specialise in a black pizza! Nothing ever disappoints!!The wine selection is extensive.Prices are excellent for Zurich.

The food was excellent, the staff perfect and we were 15 feet from the lake on an outdoor patio, cool breeze, amazing food and drink! The best kept secret in Zurich ! I have eaten at this Restaraunt spring summer winter and fall and it is still my favorite! The chef is amazing!! Great menu, always changing, amazing wine list and the deserts are beyond compare!

Made very welcome especially by our waitress called Chili. Courteous staff, lovely surroundings and atmosphere, good menu with excellent Pizza's the best we have ever had. Went back a 2nd time everything was the same. Worth a visit and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Our host in Zurich has heard this restaurant is very good and we can definitely confirm that it is. Thank you.
