The owners Martina and Roberto try everything to make you feel at home. The food is outstanding, one of the best restaurants,we have been to for a long time.

Das Hotel Ochsen 2 ist ideal für Gäste, welche die Vorzüge eines zentralen Hotels schätzen. Noisy, uncomfortable, unhelpful
Reviewed By Sarah JWe stayed here in February for five nights and I can honestly say we hardly got any sleep during our whole stay. Firstly, we had to change rooms as the first one we were given stank of stale cigarette smoke, the next room appeared fine…..well until the bar downstairs is open….it’s like living above a disco! We complained on two occasions to be told the hotel doesn’t own the bar and basically there’s nothing they could do (or be bothered to do). The breakfast is also disappointing, same day in day out with no variation and after five days becomes tedious.

Nice quite location with friendly staff
Reviewed By Ron-DKHad a two night stay there and it was a delightful experience. Staff is very freindly - from the woman who’s tales care of the repetion to the italien chef in the kitchen. We booked a room with a balcony and it was great to enjoy the fresh air and the sundown from the balcony , before going to the on- site italian restaurant. The room was perfect and clean and absolutely with no noise from the street/village. Parking space is limited and we did have some challenges the first day but it was resolved later. Will definitely return again.

Very poor service and attitude
Reviewed By bartb473Due to a medical urgency (operation) of my son we had to cancel a trip. I asked this hotel a month in advance for cancellation. They refused. Then I asked to postpone to another date (6 month later, off-season). They refused. Just explaining 'Our policy terms state you have to pay the entire fee'. This kind of arguments in times where everyone constantly has to change plans due to healthcare elements is an illustration of trying to cash in on people no matter what. Avoid this hotel!

Reviewed By YouDontNeedToKmowstayed here with my two girls, in a single room with a double and couch bed. firstly, the room must have been redecorated as it was CLEANER than most 5 stars i have stayed in. the bathroom/toilet was impecable. floor, sink, loo, shower, bath was all spanking clean. the decor is not my style, but given how clean it was, i had to write this review. maybe i got lucky and got a redecorated room (rm 20), am not sure. the continental breakfast was also wonderful. cereals, bread rolls, slices of meat, eggs any style, jams, cheeses, etc ... all was top class. in walking distance to the bus stop, every 15 mins to the foot of the lifts/rail station. also walking distance to the high street. i would certainly recommend this.

We ordered 2x cheese fondue & 2x meat fondue which the menu said was 2 persons CHF47, so we were surprised when the bill came and we were charged 2x CHF47 for the meat fondue. This was our most expensive dinner in Klosters. We were also very surprised when the owner came over halfway through dinner and said his card machine had not worked since January. Perhaps they should have said this before we ordered or when confirming our booking. I only had cash to pay half and we had to return the next day to pay the balance. Fortunately we could be trusted to return. The food was as good as we remembered.

Reviewed By gel1701Quite an interesting location behind a gas station but when entering in the BnB and seeing the nice rooms and very fresh, clean and renovated toilettes, you really get the wow factor! Comfortable beds, excellent shower and great breakfast added to just very small details on the decoration , like available ropes in different colors, girly accessories available in the toilette plus a little chocolate by the bed, make a 5 plus BnB. I will certainly recommend!!
