Reviewed By Paola RThe trip began well until a cash guarantee is required upon registration. I travel very often (before COVID 19) and have never had to pay cash. Since we traveled with three elderlies, we rented a bungalow for 5 days, since we wanted to socially distance. Breakfast was overcrowded and very few safety measures were taken. The last night, the hotel rented the bungalow to a group of kids who partied until 7 am. Music very loud, no use of masks, cero social distance. When we asked the receptionist to please ask the people in the adjoining bungalow to turn down the music, I was told that there was nothing to be done because the bungalow is considered private property. Needless to say, my aunt who is suffering from dementia became agitated and we got cero sleep. The next morning, after complaining to the manager, we were offered a 10% discount on the last night, but decided against it afterwords since I had posted negative comments on different social media. Very mature move of the manager ????. We paid $300 per night and received No apology whatsoever (don’t care about the money, but I do care about social responsibility and accountability). I will not stop to make my comments to prevent people from visiting this hotel. @Hotel Regina Resort & convenciones.

Beautiful exclusive Mediterranean style, one of the nicest hotels in Bolivia with a very friendly service. Highly recommended by visitors. Elegant renovated areas and rooms, beautiful gardens and terraces, renovated swimming pool area, excellent restaurant with Bolivian and international dishes, bar/lounge, gourmet coffee, free broadband Internet service all over the hotel. With 30 comfortable and spacious rooms, fitted with extra-long beds, a minibar, high speed WiFi, a 43" flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private bathroom and a garden and pool view. The hotel has been awarded 4 stars. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area near restaurants and museums, not far from the center (approx. 2.5 km). The reception is manned around the clock and offers a wake-up service. Use the hotel's secure parking spaces. The hotel provides high speed Internet access in all rooms and public areas (WLAN and WiFi). If you have any valuables for safekeeping, please contact reception or use the safe in your room. Children are welcome! There is a play area and gardens, we will also gladly place a cot in your room (please ask at time of reservation). Free hotel parking is available for your car. You can hire a car direct from the hotel during your stay. Our room service team will be happy to meet your every wish. The business suites provide all the comforts business people can expect. For your well being the bathroom includes a hairdryer and bathrobe. Your room has a 43" flat-screen TV with cable channels and a telephone, all local calls are free. Enjoy the well-stocked minibar during your stay. If you wish to have a room with a balcony please indicate this when booking. The hotel also has non-smoking rooms (please specify that you require such a room when making your reservation). Inquire after our massage and treatment options. Classy Hotel With Excellent Service
Reviewed By orlypannStayed three nights in mid-January 2019. This is a nicely renovated hacienda with beautiful gardens and charming rooms. Stayed in a suite with a balcony and large bathroom that was nicely appointed. Strong wifi everywhere. But the real reason our stay was fabulous was the great and attentive staff at Aranjuez. In particular, Josie at the front desk gave us great recommendations of places in town, always with a smile. Both Wilson and Ricardo in the lobby were extremely friendly, professional and service oriented and attended to out every need. What great people! Muchisimas gracias por todas sus atenciones! Lic. Reviewed By Phillip PThe hotel is small but attractive and comfortable. Good beds, bath, and service. Very clean, friendly and efficient staff. Located in the northern part of the city near restaurants, the city's best supermarket, and a lovely park that is great for walking or jogging. At the end of a cul-de-sac off a quiet street so there is little to disturb a guest who wants to rest and get a good night's sleep. Breakfast included with fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, excellent breat and cheese, fresh fruit juice, and good coffee. The restaurant offers lunch and in the evening they make excellent pizza with sourdough crust cooked in a wood-fired oven.

Reviewed By HighcoasterA wonderful hotel not far from central Cochabamba. The room was big and the bed devine. The breakfast, served one floor above reception was just enough. Nothing extra nor bad. Cleaning is good and the is caring.

Volendo si può utilizzare anche il bagno turco situato a lato della piscina, situati nel patio interno. Prezzi onesti.

Reviewed By JoseLuisContrerasGood location and good nice lobby. Regretfully the rooms are plain, no thrills with no decor and dimly lit. All rather depressing. They also need to be refurbished as the furniture looks worn out and tired. Breakfast was basic but fine. Unlikely to stay here when back in town, less for the $85 advertised rate. Not very nice.
