Rated as the top restaurant in Orleans by Trip Advisor, it would be hard to argue after a most enjoyable lunch during our mid-October visit. The staff doesnât speak much English â there is an entertainingly translated English menu - but were nevertheless very helpful and attentive. The food was delicious: Dana had the monkfish with lemon emulsion and I had the âcute roastedâ pork and âcremated canterelles.â We shared a wonderful dessert, called âThe Strawberryâ with creamy white chocolate. Lots of locals dinning confirm this is clearly the first choice place to dine in Orleans.

A number of burger joints have opened here in Orléans Big Fernand, Burger du Boucher but after having made the rounds it is with certainty that I say LâArt serves up the best more so it the place where you get the most for your money that includes their delicious fries. They deliver and without wait. If having to wait for 45mins at their place is a sign of their popularity then that pretty much says it all. EnjoyThank you very much We are so happy See you soon

As soon as we arrived we were made to feel incredibly welcome.The menu was only in French, but our waiter took the time to translate the meals into English for us.When the food was served it was simply delicious. The flavours were out of this world.Highly recommended visit when in Orleans......that is if you can get a table. De l'extérieur ce restaurant "ne paye pas de mine" mais le vin est très bon, les propriétaires super prévenants et aux petits soins et que dire de la nourriture ? Succulente ! Un filet de boeuf absolument merveilleux accompagné d'une pomme au four mayonnaise maison et un baba au rhum pile poil comme je l'aime ont fait mon bonheur ce soir là . Des plats simples mais exécutés à la perfection avec des ingrédients de qualité. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt !

Oddly enough, I've never been very impressed with any creperie restaurant that I've tried in France. So I was pleasantly surprised to have found delicious crepes, both salty and sugary! They are homemade, and there are some very creative and tasty combinations on the menu, if you are looking for something outside of the tradition ham & cheese. And the dessert crepes were absolutely dangerous! So good! Plus, the staff is super friendly and it's a very fun decor inside. Reservations are recommended though, because it's small. Don't be in a rush either, as it does some time to get served...but it's well-worth it! Highly recommended.

I know that the high temperature (34 C) was unusual for Orleans, but the lunch suffered this issue. Table was outside on the walkside under a small tent. The host was kind. Fois gras was good, the raw meat was very good. Coffee dessert was curious, but not great.

I think the ratings speak for themselves so my review wonât be long. Food is amazing, quickly and nicely served. The menu constantly changes. Both owners are the nicest persons. Wine selection is great. The restaurant itself is very small but nicely decorated. The only thing wrong I can tell about the restaurant is its location, far from the city center... you can go there with no hesitation. Make sure to book your table though as it is always full.

We had a quick overnight stay in Saran and were looking for a place to eat. We found this lovely bistro around the corner of our hotel. Although we were a bit early we were very welcome. We enjoyed the aperitif and the jambon. After that we had a lovely salad (from the house). I really appreciated the salade oceane and my husband was happy with his steamed tarbot. We ended with some lovely desserts! Wow!

Great meal, very friendly staff and good lively atmosphere. Table for two a bit small though. I did not like having to queue to pay for the meal at the end as the waiting staff do not seem to be allowed to take your payment.Thank you for your message. Sorry for you having to wait for the payment although it is not due to us but to french regulation which oblige us to have a central payment. Regards

We luckily got into this restaurant at short notice. I'd have to say it's is one of the best restaurant experiences we've had whilst in France. The couple who run it are passionate about their wine and food. We don't speak French and the wonderful lady who is in charge of the floor carefully and meticulously explained each dish in English. My mouth was literally watering at the descriptions. The waiter was also super friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding and they have a fantastic range of delicious wines by the glass (they keep the bottles in special machines to keep the open bottles airtight and at the perfect temperature) They suggested the perfect wines to match our dishes and each one was spot on. Overall the price was very reasonable considering the outstanding quality. The service was friendly and professional without being overbearing. The food was amazing. Don't miss this and you should reserve ahead to ensure a spot.
