Great location but needs some improvements
Reviewed By PsychoGeminiI'd passed by this hotel many times as I've stayed in a different hotel in the neighborhood on previous trips. I finally decided to stay here as the prices were right for my trip. The room was spacious and clean and I appreciated the separate shower room and bathroom. There were plenty of channels available on the TV and the electronic safe gave me some peace of mind. I also had a good view of the main road from the shower and bathroom windows. The rooftop lounge area also offered great views of the neighborhood. That being said, there could be some improvements made. The biggest problem is the lack of soundproofing in the building. I had some fairly noisy guests in the room next to mine who I heard for two or three nights and people walking and talking in the halls can clearly be heard. Noise from the bathroom and shower pipes were also highly audible. I found one roach in my room but took care of it quickly. Thankfully I found no others for the rest of my nights there. Another problem were the dryers in the laundry area. One of them was not functioning properly and the ones that did were not strong enough so it took at least two hours to properly dry my clothes. Keep this in mind when washing clothes. Overall it was a good stay and it was nice being in a more spacious hotel than on my previous trips. However, the noise and laundry issues might keep me away for any extended stays.

Reviewed By 168jacquelinerIts not so hard finding the place.. Its near the MRT and there are lots of restaurants and small eatery outside...you will never be hungry at this place. Aside from the very accommodating staffs who helps us everyday in choosing the place to visit and also giving us free bottles of water when we go out. The room is more than i expected. Its very clean..essentials are replenished daily...2 free bottles of water, coffee, tea. Unlimited shampoo and body wash, everything u need is with the room. The bathroom is very nice...no molds! We are very satisfied with the service and yes i can recommend this inn. Actually it is much more than i paid for.

Great, affordable hotel for business travelers
Reviewed By Sarah BI stayed here for two nights in November. I had a conference at a nearby venue, and found that the Just Inn was in the perfect location. It has access to one of the newest shopping areas of Taipei. I arrived after midnight and was greeted by a friendly staff member who checked me in very quickly. My room was small, but looked to be newly redecorated and was impeccably clean. The shower took some getting used to as the entire floor of the bathroom area was soaked after the shower. There is a curtain to keep the shower contained so that the vanity and toilet stay dry. One thing to keep in mind is that even though the hotel is in a relatively quiet area, you will hear sound from the road nearby. I was on the 3rd floor, so perhaps higher floors do not have this issue. For the location and the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay there again.

Super place, great location
Reviewed By GlobeTrotters150Ok.. so this is one of those places where you get pleasantly surprised! The rooms are basic and small as per the price point but the location is incredible! There are tons of restaurants nearby and even a cinema that is literally open 24 hours.. it was the first time I saw an option for a 2 am movie! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby along with very easy access to subway system. I highly recommend staying here vs other more expensive hotels and spend your money on experiencing the wonderful city!

Location amazing but not too clean
Reviewed By 705tessadThe room size, bigger than we expected. Rustic design. A few steps away from the metro station, places to eat (Tiger Sugar, Starbucks, McDonald’s to name a few) and a mall. The room though since it had no windows, smelled like wet funky socks! We switched rooms twice and both smelled like stinky feet! ?☹️

Clean space with communal bathroom separated by gender. Location is perfect and close train and night market. We love the energy in the neighborhood. Don't forget to indulge in the Street Food! They are better than restaurant meals. It is definitely money well spend!

Reviewed By SyybThis is a budget hotel near NingXia night market, we had a double room with Windows on third floor, room is pretty small, bathroom is relatively big with jacuzzi and Japanese style washlet toilet seat. Bed comfortable, super large TV with stereo sound, excellent for movie watching or music listening. Set breakfast is included every morning in their Small cafe, you have to make your own choice day before. Negative is some smell from the bathroom, overall not a bad choice for us.

Reviewed By carmen303we booked two bedrooms online and chose this hotel because it specified it had 'adjoining' rooms (Note, NOT adjacent), however when we checked in, hotel claimed adjoining rooms 'do not exist' - which to be fair they suggested it could be 3rd party agents (Agoda) that mistranslated. apart from that, rooms are very decent in size, very clean and has a decent balcony. however our room was on the 8th floor facing the bridge/highway and the noise level was quite high late into the evening ( bearable but if those who are sensitive may take note). the coolest thing this hotel offers is a room service to an extremely famous local eatery whereby even if you go at 5am (that's when it opens ) the line is horrendous. However this hotel allows you to place an order with them the night before (cut off time 10:30pm) and you can arrange what time they bring it to your doorstep (for a small service charge). i would come back again for the price/location/ cleanliness/ size of room :)

Reviewed By Philip O1st day was checked in by a girl( tomboy) & a big size man. Wasn’t greeted by them. No smiling face & toned of voice not pleasant. Location is fantastic. Cleanliness is good but toilet not regularly checked or clean after used by customers. My bedroom is single occupancy. Very small but got privacy . Only 1 miserable pillow given . Good facilities with hot water, chiller, coffee etc. Brushing teeth on sink has got no hot water. If you’re budgeted traveller it’s a good place.

Reviewed By sengh2017Pros: 1. Good location, 5 to 10 mins to Shuanglian Station/market, roughly 15 mins you can reach Ningxia Night Market, 7-11 & Family Mart just around the corner 2. Clean and spacious room, comfy big beds 3. Although located in busy area, the room is quiet 4. Coin operated laundry is available (washing and drying NTD30 each) 5. Basic toiletries provided (shampoo, bath gel, towels, toothbrush set, comb) Cons: 1. Anyone can access the lift, no card needed. There's door (need hotel card to access) between hotel areas and lifts but I only saw them close once. No extra latch lock for the hotel room. 2. No extra hanger available (we requested but N/A) 3. The laundry is only available from 10am to 10pm, which to us is not a convenient time, it would be better if it starts earlier (so people could wake up early and do laundry) Suggestion: it would be better if there's a small shelf for guests to put their own shampoos in the bathroom Recommended if you want a convenient location.
