We ate here a couple of times and would have eaten here a third time but they were not open on Sunday evening, a real shame. The staff are welcoming, and the menu provides a number of local specialities. The food was well cooked and well presented.My wife was especially pleased as they had a very good selection of gluten free options so she was able to have a choice, which make a change for some places.

Can't fault the place. So close to the centre of Amiens, so close to the cathedral and now so close to perfection when you want some where to have lunch that's not expensive, not pretentious and with excellent service. My tarte flammbe was wonderful, as was the desert and my two friends were equally pleased with their food. You realise you've made the right choice when there's a queue for a table at lunchtime and it's all local people and no other tourists.

It's a cheerful place, a sort of brasserie-restaurant-pub-steak house.The mix works very well, it's crowdy, lively and the food is very pleasant. I had the dish of the day -rabbit- and could not see any quality gap from a regular restaurant. Very safe choice also for a rather informal business lunch.

Found this place by chance and what a lucky find.Had the 3 course set menu at â¬12.50.The starter of cheesecake was a savoury twist on a normally sweet dish.Main of beef was the most succulent and tender of meat dishes I have ever eaten.Apple with caramel for pudding was likewise flavoursome.Exceĺlent value for money.Service attentive.thank you Minkymonkey.this a pleasure for us la manufacture

We found this restaurant, hidden away in a small courtyard. The food was excellent. Though language was an issue since the menu was in french, thanks to the excellent customer service, we managed to order exactly what we wanted. All in all, a great meal.

We decided after 3 evenings that we wanted to get away from the throng at the eateries along the water so found this spot near the square. The waiter was very helpful in translating the menu, the crowd was less and, a bonus to us, no smokers in the vicinity. And this is a rarity in France. The food was lovely and my steak was done to perfection with a great taste. Strong thumbs up to this spot.

This little restaurant is a good option for quick and reasonably priced dinner in Amiens. The menu is very simple and quite affordable. We chose a burger and an entrecote - both were very sizeable meals and we didn't any entrees or dessert. The waiter was really friendly and the other patrons appeared to be locals.
