We went to Sushi-Rama tonight with the kids and it was such a hit. Very modern decor with moving seats- perfect for wiggly kids. The moving conveyor belt made me anxious initially but the sushi was excellent at 2 pieces a plate there was no waste- none.. The appetizers were excellent and alcohol selection was great. This place has a very different feel, very bright, very fun, and the kids were able to be loud, laugh, and eat tons of sushi. I was thrilled with the experience- I have 4 kids- and all ate well and were happy. I would highly recommend this experience for any family that loves sushi.

I've eaten at Sonoda's for lunch and dinner and have always thought it was pretty good, not outstanding. Today was really pretty "just okay." My husband and I both ordered the spicy seafood udon noodles. They came with salad and miso. The salad dressing was really good but they put way too much on. The miso was fine, as expected. The udon noodle bowl was tasty, but the seafood in it was way overcooked. The 3 shrimp had clearly been boiled for awhile so they were tough. Likewise, the 3 clams and 1 mussel were rubbery from overcooking. The bay scallops were a little less overcooked and there were unidentifiable pieces of white seafood, probably calamari and/or octopus. One bite with a piece of white seafood tasted of ammonia, which was pretty nasty. The broth was tasty though, and piping hot, which may account for some of the overcooking. So I didn't complain because it wasn't awful, I just expected it to be better. So when we went to pay the bill (we had a Groupon for $30) we had only spent $28 before tax so they said we had to order something else. It was over $30 with the tax and I have never been told they couldn't take the Groupon if you didn't spend the full amount. We weren't expecting change or anything. So we ordered a green tea to go, which was pretty ridiculous but it satisfied the server. So that's my story. Probably wouldn't order the spicy udon seafood noodles again.

Average to good Pho and other Asian dishes. The flavor of the broth was different from other Pho establishments. Not bad, just not what you expect from Pho. The meatball pho contained at the most one small meatball sliced very thin and mixed into the bowl. The tendon added was likewise a very small amount, two or three small pieces. The combination noodle bowls had more generous amounts of ingredients. The beer was very reasonable with a bottle of Tsiantao @ $2.50.Cleanliness needs to be improved. Our table was very sticky and the entire restaurant, though not filthy, did not look squeaky clean.Overall OK when in the Park Meadows area, but not worth as a destination restaurant.

We attended Sat May 20, 2017 at 5:30pm. It was early so not full, yet enough patrons there, you knew it was a favorite spot. Some places you go at 5:30pm and it's "dead" so you might wonder (hmmm).Miyama has a quiet yet upscale feel in the bar area. You can actually have sushi, sashimi, and other items there. They do have a Happy Hour that is worthwhile. A few years back (3?) I hosted a party with 14 guest in the bar/lounge area and service was attentive, friendly and prompt. First time at Miyama's Teppanyaki table. The Hostess had our reservation through open table and sat us next to a family of four with 2 teen children. Our Chef Albert was very entertaining and a good conversationalist. I believe Albert said he graduated from the Cordon Bleu school of cooking. Albert moved here from California about a year ago. He has in-depth experience in Asian style cooking. We chatted about cooking styles, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese,(pho, and how to make good Pho broth) and of course french cuisine. At a Teppanyaki table, part of the fun is the chef; when you can engage the chef in conversation, and the chef also has good showman cooking skills, it make the Japanese Steak house experience more fun and enjoyable.We ordered 4 main dishes. Teriyaki Chicken, Filet & Scallops, Seafood Lovers ( love calamari steak, which is why I ordered the Seafood Lovers meal), Halibut and Scallops. All the meals were cooked to our request, steaks (medium to well), Halibut not overcooked and flavorful, Calamari steak was firm, flavorful and soft texture.The main meals we ordered ranged from $19-$34. Soup, shrimp appetizers and white rice included in those prices. If you wanted fried rice, there is an extra charge. Excluding tax which is about a 9.2% rate, tip and drinks. The meal's average is about $30/pp for us. A very relaxing and fun night for my wife and our friends, a couple we've known for over 25 years. Yes this is a place I visited over the past few years and continue to visit up to today and will visit again in the future.

We came to Okinawa for the first time with some friends who are regulars there. It was late on a Sunday evening and we were all hungry so we let one of the regulars order for the table. He ordered a little of everything; salmon, hamachi, red snapper, super white tuna and octopus sushi, yellowfin tuna sashimi, spider roll, rainbow roll, spicy tuna roll and one other roll I can't remember the name of but it was scrumptious, as all of it was. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere isn't fancy, but it doesn't matter when the food is SO delicious!

This is not a good restaurant at all. There is nothing redeemable about this place. The decor and atmosphere feels outdated and uncomfortable. The service was subpar and the food was very bland. Not sure why the rating is so high but I can tell you that Iâm just trying to save you from a mistake you donât want to make.

The location is easy to find. They have an all you can eat option for sushi. $29.95. If you have a big appetite that might be a good options. This is because the individual sushi piece size was smaller than I'm used to. Nevertheless good sushi selection. Fresh. Prompt service.

I have always enjoyed the food here. The portions are large and the food is fresh and tasty. For some reason this restaurant seems to have a poor group of hosts and servers. All are only moderately friendly, not very knowledgeable, and slow at providing service. Travelbrianco, thank you for sharing your positive experience!

Stopped in with 7 of family. We were seated right away, which surprised us, because is was around 5 PM on a Sunday. Kylie was a terrific server, friendly and efficient. The entrees were delicious and the family had a great time. We didn't feel rushed as other reviews have stated.

I love the food from here! All my guests, family, friends always enjoy the food and the prices are reasonable. I try to avoid peak times as the noise level is a bit much for me, but otherwise, all is good!!
