We came across one of these places when we were in Dallas. We were in a mall in Denver and saw one and immediately ran over there (not kidding!). They have the absolute best ginger peach tea ever! Plus, my daughter absolutely loves their vanilla ice blend! It tastes like a vanilla shake, almost. Love these little places!

Nordstrom's generally isn't the first thing you think of when looking for a good, mid priced restaurant to eat at. So, don't let the location & name scare you off - the food is very very good - very flavorful & fresh. As compared to similarly priced sit down restaurants (think your typical chain sit down places), the quality is levels above, which makes this an exceptional value.I really like the wine list too. Compact but full of high quality wines & with a reasonable mark up. Again, compared to the wines you would see at similar priced sit down chains, there is no comparison. Head and shoulders above in quality and most offerings are available by the glass, which is perfect for a lunch. The wait staff is friendly & service is prompt. Get a window seat - there is a great view of the southern Front Range.

Our server did not ask if we wanted beverages when she took our order and I had to ask for a cup of coffee when she brought my biscuit & gravy. I did not get an offer of a refill until the end of the meal, when she brought the check. They were not crowded. Food was just average. Once was enough for me.

Three Little Griddles is more than just "pancakes with a twist" -- though the cakes themselves are deservedly signature items. Adventurous breakfast-goers can stretch their usual morning limits with unusual (for Colorado) fare like shrimp and grits and other oddball specialties. The always-fresh-made quiche is deliciously fluffy, and for those daunted by some of the more exotic items, there's always the "Keepin' It Simple" -- two eggs, tasty home fries and meat of your choice (bacon here comes crispy). Service is friendly, and the cozy dining room makes a good place to retreat to on those bitter cold Denver-adjacent mornings.

First time visit, on advice of family member. What a treat! Amazing selection of savory and sweet, all high quality ingredients. We were treated to a complimentary âCinnabonâ pancake that was delicious. Corned beef hash is âhomemadeâ on premises, various egg specials include guacamole, variety of pancakes offers many tasty options. Very modern atmosphere.
