The hotel is great, big comfy rooms beautifully decorated around a nice garden and the restaurant very cosy, with great local food and service. And on top of all this you support several great social projects eg with street children. Also lots of opportunities to get to know real life nearby.

Poor hotel and even worse service
Reviewed By Roland-GanaleAirconditioning not working weel (water leaking), staff unfriendly and incompetent (they called my travel agency because I wanted to put my extras on my bill and not pay immediately, their story was that Irefused to pay...). Asked to talk to the manager who accordng to the staff was never there...worst hotel experience in Madagascar.

Reviewed By GalyaK51We didn't stay at the hotel (unfortunately), but went to check it out. (and regret we choose the "Eucalyptus Hotel"). Location: the hotel is on the beach ! also, the "crater walk" is 4 minutes walk from the hotel. Rooms: different kind of rooms, but all are very clean, big, balcony , lake view, privet pool, privet jacuzzi. restaurant: we ate lunch and enjoyed it!

Reviewed By sunshinelpcThe room we booked was facing the river( bungalow 5-10 are facing the river. Room is very basic but with all essentials- mosquitoes net. Clean bedding, hot water with enough pressure both day/night and cheap. Great place to local people watching by the river. Close to the village for meal but quiet for sleeping. They offer free bed for drivers. We had Malagasy food which was good but not pizza!

Nous avions une vue sur le jardin de notre Balcon.Les formules Petit déjeuner sont bon. A midi ou Le soir on peut manger au resto entre 9000ar à 15000ar la soupe est délicieuse,. Paiement par carte possible (pratique pour la sécurité)

Reviewed By flaviop195Un hotel molto buono ,mi dicono ristrutturato da pochissimo. In effetti,mi pare al di sopra degli standard malgasci per questa categoria,bagni efficienti,acqua abbondante. Stile indiano perchè molto legno,molto aperto ,molto verde interno un bel giardino dove cenare o ascoltare musica.Prezzo molto competitivo,abbiamo pagato per due camere,di cui una enorme,circa 47 euro per una notte.Nonostante si sia arrivati tardi e senza prenotazione.Dotato di ristorante,ma abbiamo preferito il Corto Maltese,italiano proprio di fronte. Cosa non ha funzionato: una musica ,di cui non si capiva bene la provenienza che ci ha stufato finchè non è andata via la corrente. Ma erano le tre del mattino.... Spero si sia trattato di un caso. Altro appunto riguarda lo spegnimento delle luci.Per spegnere dovevi fare 10 metri per arrivare all'interruttore,poi tornare verso il letto al buio.Assenza di appliques ed interruttori presso i letti.La solita mancanza cronica di prese di corrente. Non capisco come si possa progettare una cosa così poco funzionale.Va ad inficiare molto di quanto c'è di buono.

Reviewed By Tom HTrès bon séjour au Green club resort de Vontovorona à 20 kms du centre ville de Tana, j’avais choisi cet hôtel pour être loin de la fourmilière du centre de Tana et être au calme pendant quelques jours en attendant de reprendre la route. Je n’ai pas été déçu le rapport qualité est plus que correct, chambre correcte, le personnel impeccable et professionnel, merci à Jean le responsable qui fait tout pour rendre votre séjour au mieux, merci aux serveurs Faniry et Nantenaina, également au chef de cuisine. Les points négatifs : Jacuzzi pour 2 personnes en panne pendant mon séjour, pareil pour le groupe électrogène. Les prix du restaurant sont un peu cher, mais on mange très bien en revanche ! Je reviendrais sans hésitation. Merci
