Respecting the typical architecture of the region, this house was restored recently and supplemented with four great new build bungalows. For your calm and peaceful, Casa de Lobos, which is less than an hour far from Guimaraes, Braga or Porto, is the perfect destination for a family holidays and for a restful weekend stay. In addition to accommodation, we have a restaurant and cafe open to the public.

Reviewed By LuciaCrespoEstuvimos en Semana Santa y fue un acierto al 100%. La casa es muy grande y cada habitación tiene un encanto distinto, con unos baños preciosos. La atención por parte de los anfitriones ha sido inmejorable, muy cercana, preocupada y profesional, haciendonos sentir como en casa. Los desayunos han sido de muy buena calidad y con productos de la zona. Lo único de lo que me arrepiento es de no haber ido en verano, puesto tiene un jardin precioso y muy cuidado y una piscina en la que apetece mucho bañarse. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Positioned in the romantic valley of the river Tâmega, Casa da Tojeira is a beautiful 17th Century manor house. This location offers a whole array of leisure activities, including cycling, rambling, swimming, hunting and fishing. Recently restored in 1979, this manor house has retained it’s former glory.
Don't expect to be hosted in the main house.
Reviewed By CarlosBFIt could be a very nice stay, I presume, if You would stay at the main house. However, I think due to the heating being too expensive, they put You on the new block apartment just above the restaurante which is clean, new, but very unconfortable for what You expect being at such a nice place. The restaurante is simple but not bad and prices are afordable.The people are very nice and will do their best, within their possibility, to give You all they can. Not recomend if You want na experience in a manor house.
