Reviewed By steinbecksterBooked this last minute as the favourite had sold-out due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Arrived late at night and checked in fine, no complaints, however after going to our rooms, the zircon was poor and the rooms were melting. bed linen was dirty and after 10 minutes in bed and getting bitten, i found bed bugs. My friend found the same and after complaining, we changed beds and found them again. We swapped rooms the next day and it was fine, however we were disappointed. The area the hostel is in seemed shady and wouldn't appear safe during the night and is about 20min away from the town square. The hostel doesn't offer food however has a kitchen you may use. Overall, wouldn't stay again.

Reviewed By melanyjustinOne of the best hostels I stayed in South America. What can be better than start your day with pancakes and home made peanut butter!!! Really chilled place, where you can relax in a hammock or enjoy delicious coffee on the terrace with views over the town. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

Reviewed By davidlA2066PZStay here! Casa Lynda is well-run, good value, nicely finished, clean and well-located. I read a lot of reviews describing it as homely, which can sometime be positive and other times negative, however I found that there was a perfect mix of privacy, friendliness and helpfulness. Everything works and shuts properly. The hot shower is genuinely hot. Breakfast whilst extra is good value and tasty. Tanya went out of her way to ensure my stay went well, including organising onwards travel and quickly sorting any problems or issues. Very nice gardens to hang out and hammock in if you like.

Reviewed By Cristina Stuve una muy buena experiencia alojandome en este hostal. todo es nuevo. las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado , television por cable, buen baño. buena ropa de cama y toallas muy blancas, el parqueo para el auto, muy buen desayuno. pero lo que nos agrado y por eso vamos a volver ha sido la amabilidad de la señorita recepcionista, nos ayudo en todo lo que le pedimos.... muchas gracias. volveremos pronto,,,,

Overpriced and cramped
Reviewed By LSUdad4This place can't accommodate a large family. The most beds they had available per room was three: three *twin* beds. We made do, with some sleeping bags on the floor, and that left zero room for luggage, which all had to be stowed downstairs in storage. Nice common areas upstairs, with couches and street views. They keep a tank full of cold purified water in the courtyard for tourist customers to use. Breakfast is small but good: a bread basket (two small pieces per person), butter, jelly, coffee, and fruit juice made with purified water. But we didn't get any on the last day, because had to leave at 6am and no breakfast staff till 7am. The major hassle was upon checkout, they mysteriously almost couldn't find the stash of valuables (cash, passports, plane tickets) we had left at the front desk for safekeeping, and almost made us miss our flight. Finally the day crew phoned the night crew and figured out where it was, but man, what a hassle.

Casa Cruz Hostel,es un espacio creado,con tres habitaciones para compartir,uno solo de mujeres,uno solo de hombres y otro mixto. Nos ubicamos en el centro de la ciudad,donde podrás iniciar tu travesía conociendo restaurantes,bares,clubes,pub de moda ,discotecas ,teatros,tiendas y mucho mas a pocos metros . Habitaciones seguras a precios económicos,una gran vibra y ambientes calidamente decorados para compartir . Te Esperamos!!
