Hotel Espectacular se encuentra ubicado en El Alto en la ciudad de La Paz muy cerca del aeropuerto...contamos con habitaciones simples, dobles y triples, todas las habitaciones son con baño privado, wifi y tv cable. Así mismo contamos con cafetería, servicio de lavandería y una sala de reuniones.
NOISY NEIGBORHOOD
Reviewed By 802milenkacCant recomend for tourists. To get to the place takes like 1 hour even it seems to be 5 kilometers far away. There is a lot of traffic, and that does not help when having a flight, Receptionist dont speek english, breakfast its not poor, hot water and bread. Not recomendable

Worst Experience ever!!!

They make parties downstaris where people have fights, it would be nice to have other tourists, however those are local people who are sleeping on the floor, the garage smells like alcohol, outside there are bottles broken, staff dont speak english, I waited for around 5 hours in order to check in, they ask me to live my bag in a store next to the building. DONT GO THERE!!!!

Good enough for a quick layover
Reviewed By CinderellaCiMuch better than I expected of a US$30+ hotel. There is nothing wrong with this simple hotel if you only have a few hours of layover. It's pretty clean. The hotel people helped me to call a taxi at 5am, unlike the other reviews, it only cost me 30Bs, which is actually cheaper than the one I got from the airport to the hotel the night before, which cost 45Bs.

Reviewed By VoyageurDuMonde2020If you are looking for a place close to the airport, forget this place. You will pay very little more to get a taxi from the city center of La Paz. These lot will not even give you the room you booked. My room couldn't even be locked and they told me it wouldn't be a problem (sure, anyone was able to come into the room while I was sleeping, why would that be a problem, especially for a woman). After a reviewed the place in a neutral way, i.e. no written review, just the standard rating in the survey form, they sent me an insults by email. Rotten.

I almost didn’t go due to all the reviews by after traveling all day and having another 8 hours to wait until my next flight I was exhausted. These sleep pods are located right around the corner from all the check-in counters. I was the only person there when I went and they charge 60bv for the first hour, 120 for two hours, after that it’s +30 for each additional hour for a shared room. I was the only one there so it was a private room. The walls are thin so you do hear some sounds - bring earplugs if your are sensitive, the pods are small so don’t expect a huge room. There is a big air conditioner on top of the sink so I didn’t feel the discomfort past customers experienced. In fact I had to put the comforter on because I got cold. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the comforter thick. There’s a tv at the foot of the bed on the bottom bunk if you want to watch tv and a fan at the foot of the top bunk. This is not a place to stay for an extended time but if you’re exhausted, have altitude sickness, and need some sleep this serves its purpose!

Why not no stars?
Reviewed By vasatvNear airport but not worth it. Spend 10 dollars please to travel farther. Hotel is not in a safe neighborhood. They have 2-3 bodyguards outside!! All night disco that does not let you sleep. Hotel is poorly managed and not clean. staff is nice but does not speak English. They do not take credit card so you need cash plus $20 deposits. some plugs does not work. Dead bolt does not lock. Solo female should stay away from this hotel. Most of the reviews are from local visitors to disco so beware of it.
