Reviewed By SaitsuThis is not a hotel, rather hostel. The room we was horrible, smelled mold. We got another room which was not cleaned properly. Staff was very nice and breakfast okey. But this hotel really needs huge amount of renovation. The price of the room is way too expensive for the quality.

Reviewed By BertaHechtFirst we lived in a cosy cottage, later in a luxury «Iglu» and enjoyed both accomodations very much. The appartments are lovely and well-designed, well-kept and clean, and amidst an impressive scenery. We had some meals in the restaurant and were highly satisfied. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and wants to do the best for its guest. Tundrea Resort is starting point for most wunderful hikes in a unspoilt awesome landscape. We hope very much to come soon again.

Not So good but expensive
Reviewed By Connector828080We were eating, the food was not So good, but not bad too. Quite expensive, and when normally in Finland you can get free coffee, when you eat, in This place you have to pay for the coffee. And the coffee tasted not So good at all. So maybe I eat somewhere else Next time.

Quick stop before heading to hiking trails
Reviewed By artemis988Felt a bit cheated. We phoned in advance and the owner told me that price is 105 € for the night. When we arrived there was no sheets on the beds, as we asked for them he charged extra 30 € for couple of sheets saying that most finns have their own sheets with them (which is not the case at all, and is a bit silly thing to say). The bed was more like couch than bed, which was also bit of a disappointment.

Reviewed By E2114OFpeterkMy wife and I had an overnight stay here on the 1st of February, this place is out of this world from the home cooking of our lovely host Mia to our amazing and spotlessly clean glass lodge overlooking the frozen lake and snow covered hills beyond. After our meal we returned to our lodge which was surrounded by reindeer, as the evening progressed and the northern lights became easily visible from the room, I went outside to set the camera up, it was completely silent apart from the reindeer crunching the snow around me, needless to say a long time enjoying this fantastic experience. The morning started with breakfast and afterwards spending time watching all the reindeer being fed before sadly having to leave to continue our holiday. I can honestly say this is one of the best places we have ever been. Brilliant.

Nice and somewhat affordable accommodation in the southern part of Kilpisjärvi
Reviewed By DavvebieggaSpent 2 nights in one of the smallest rooms in a separate building with shared kitchen and bathroom, close to the main building and restaurant in 2017. This year I stayed 2 nights in a slightly bigger room in a separate building named Karhunpesä almost 1 km away from the main area, toward the hill Salmivaara. Shared kitchen and bathroom as well, just a little bit more space and unfortunately too far away from the restaurant but nice day hiking possibility close by.

Reviewed By Heidi VEverything was as expected. It wasn't a five star place but everything worked as it should. Great views, nice breakfast. The cabin was clean and decent. Location is great and service was good. Quite expensive though, considering you have to bring your own sheets or pay extra.

Reviewed By Travellingfriend_8Our family of seven stayed in one of the six self -catering chalets that make up the complex. Close to services and adjacent restaurants,the chalet was very adequate and comfortable, and a great location for other activities in the area. WiFi just passed the test of several simultaneous users! It also goes under the name Arctic Land Lodging, which is associated with Arctic Land Adventure Reindeer Ranch.
