Reviewed By LiskotusVery nice summer visit to Kemi. Beautiful sea view from the cabin. You could open curtains to two sides of the cabin and there was a rooftop windows also. Lovely colorful sunsets and you could see the stars. I liked the peaceful and quiet area. Cabin was clean and modern. Just perfect for one or two people. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning/heating. Refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker. Walking distance to the harbor and city center. I didn’t use any facilities of the main building. Breakfast was in the refrigerator (COVID-19) friendly.

Very poor breakfast to the room!
Reviewed By Michael BCouldn't get a room near the lift, I walk with a stick. The breakfast was meagre and no salt, pepper or sugar, a rip off. The only positive was the senior pensioner discount for the room. The bathroom was adequate but awkward.

Reviewed By BarbyleaThe staff was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, multilingual and the food was amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and took our allergies into consideration and provided the best meals ever! The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff wore masks in public areas, but still remained friendly and greeted guests. Checking in and out was very easy and i appreciated talking to a human being and being welcomed in person. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kemi. The location is great! It is in walking distance to a supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, Subway (the food establishment) and many more different stores.

Nos ha encantado la pasión e ilusión que tienen todas las personas que trabajan allí por su proyecto y por los huskies. Fue una visita mágica de la que aprendimos muchísimo. Tienen más de 30 huskies y cuando fuimos también tenían algunos cachorros. No teníamos pensado quedarnos a comer pero estábamos tan agusto que no queríamos irnos y decidimos probar su cocina italiana y nos encantó. ¡Enhorabuena! Que se sigan cumpliendo vuestros sueños y objetivos ?

Reviewed By PilviKingWe stayed for a night with a young child who really liked the little play corner and trampoline, both smartly situated so that the parents can keep on eye of the children while in the restaurant or enjoying the nice terrace. The kid also got spoilt with little gifts and ice creams by the staff. Sauna was spacious and without extra cost, a cosy little bar and a bar style menu, good breakfast buffet, very clean rooms with a fridge and a small freezer box. We had a quiet nice sleep, not too much traffic or any sort of noise. Best of all was the friendly service, smiles and extra coffees to go are always appreciated! We'll come again.

Reviewed By be2yokThe location is between Train/Bus station and snow castle that you can walk around. Free coffee and tea provided in the kitchen all day. There is elevator for big luggage. However, Very poor Wifi in room, no necessary things in room such as hook, hair-dryer. There is only one chair in my room even I booked for 2 people and double bed. There was a few hair in bath area when i just checked-in.

Un site agréable, et une ambiance chaleureuse
Reviewed By Isabelle MLe camping est situé un peu à l'extérieur de la ville, un véhicule est donc indispensable pour s'y rendre. Le coin a l'air joli mais nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit. Les chalets sont espacés les uns des autres, on peut stationner devant. Il y a un kota et un grill d'été qui étaient fermés lors de notre venue. Nous avions un chalet pour 4, très agréable. 1 lit superposé, 2 lits simples sur le côté, un canapé avec une petite table basse, une table et 4 chaises et un petit coin cuisine avec frigo et micro ondes.Nous avons apprécié le bidon d'eau car il n'y a pas d'eau courante dans les chalets. Les WC se trouvent dans le bâtiment qui abrite aussi la cuisine commune. Les douches sont sur le côté du bâtiment, en enfilades avec le sauna (après une 1ère pièce qui sert de vestiaires et qu'il est possible de verrouiller pour privatiser le lieu). Le sauna était super agréable après la journée de voyage ! Le petit déjeuner est servi sous la forme d'un buffet copieux (jus de fruit/thé/café, porridge, charcuterie, lard grillé, pains, biscuits, céréales etc) dans la grande pièce qui abrite aussi la réception. L'ensemble est vraiment cosy, ça donne envie de revenir à une autre saison. Un jeune terre neuve exubérant vous fera la fête si vous passez le voir (il est sur le côté gauche de la réception) mais attention quand il pose ses pattes sur vos épaules, c'est un gros bébé ! Le seul bémol c'est de ne pas avoir les toilettes dans le chalet, quand il fait froid on réfléchit à 2 fois avant de boire quelque chose le soir au coucher ! Mais finalement, on s'y est bien adapté.

Reviewed By jennia1983Lovely unique hotel worth for staying over night! Very clean too! Good to know is that there is reception only at the day time and the bathrooms need to be shared with other guests. Not really isolation, but we sleep well anyway so it was fine for us! The breakfast was also lovely but I would give a bit different options for hotel guests and not have the amount of breakfast things so limited. If you for example want 2 sandwiches it shouldnt be any problem. I will still give 5 stars! Well done and specially the design is really really nice!
