Our apart-hotel is located in one of the residential zones of Guatemala city, one 15 specifically. The apartments and suites are equipped totally, you will save more because you do not have to eat in a restaurant. It is a quiet place, secure, comfortable, accessible, clean and includes all services. It is being home out of your home.

Reviewed By MP GI like the hotel but be aware of your belongings. I left few items and in less than 24 hours they disappear. The lady in the front desk acknowledge that they found my things but for some reason and supposed they put them in the "garbage" Then they agreed to reimburse me but they never did. Be aware with the people that worse here because they're not honest!

Reviewed By DanSagasVery clean, walking distance of everything in zone 10. We love the big space in each room and common areas. Roof top pool and jacuzzi, gym... And you can order anything you want from globo, Hugo or Uber eats. You have Alexa connected with all electronics. We really enjoy it.

Reviewed By _gabriellamitchExcellent vibe and beautiful gardens. Chalet Tony's lodgings were some of the best we've experienced in the area. Hot water showers, kitchenette in each room and fully furnished. We stayed downstairs and relaxed in the hammocks and gardens most of the time - it feels like a little oasis! The wifi here is strong and fast too. Highly recommend.

Nice & Secluded
Reviewed By lshepherd0624I stayed here as part of Yoga Retreat. The grounds are clean and well kept. The units don't have central air conditioning but that is normal for Guatemala. All of the bedrooms did have AC which worked great and kept them perfectly cool. The pool was lovely and clean. Food at the restaurant was delicious (especially the beans, couldn't get enough of them!) The manager, Erwin - was the best part. He speaks excellent English and was one of the nicest people I've met. He took care of our group from start to finish, helping us with anything at all we might need. There are hammocks around the grounds for you to lounge in and 2 covered pavilions to get out of the sun. one of these pavilions is where we did yoga every morning while staring out at the ocean. It was beautiful. There isn't much around in the way of tourist attractions, or city-life. But there are a few small towns you can drive to that have restaurants and shops. Loved it as a secluded get away and can't wait for our next yoga retreat!

Inconsistent, non-transparent lodging
Reviewed By grrna2I initially booked this place via Airbnb approx 2.5 months prior to my visit to Antigua. We would be arriving earlier in the day, and before even booking, I confirmed the possibility of being able to check in early, or if needed, book the night before for the convenience of having access to the room upon our arrival. Reference the pictures for proof. Pre-booking they instructed me to book the day of arrival with guarantee of early check-in. Once I booked, I again asked about early check-in to confirm, and they again confirmed it would be no issue. Two days prior to our arrival, I checked in again to confirm and the conversation was completely different (see pictures). In a nutshell they explained it was no longer available for early check in and practically ghosted all communication. Even when Airbnb attempted to reach out, they were non-chalant and then canceled my reservation. Which was a blessing indisguise because I found better (check out Mi Casa Antigua). I'm here to warn you about the inconsistent communication and unethical ways this place handles business. With so many other options in town, there is absolutely no need to risk it with this level of incompetence and poor customer service. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere!

The units are fully furnished. 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. All appliances are electric. Located in zona 1, walking distance to Central Park and the 6th Avenida. Sleeps up to 8 (3) Full size and (2) twin size beds. One unit has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed in room.
