I stopped by to order an unsweet tea with lemon and 8 splenda on the way to vacation bible school today. They even put the splenda in for me! Sometimes this Pal's location doesn't have the best service. But, today they were on top of things.

they really had on rollerskates. and the stuff that is supposed to be greasy really is. we grandfolks go for hot fudge sundaes but the grandkids get their major pleasures from creating strange and esoteric smoothie flavor combinations.

Every time we come through here for lunch you can barely get in the parking lot without a ton of congestion. And if you cant find a place to park, don't bother trying to get back around. The congestion of the drive thru will keep you from going around again.As always though, the food was great.

We were craving something different and Fazoliâs was the answer (glad Fazoliâs returning to Morristown, TN). First Iâd eaten at a Fazoliâs in five years, didnât know this location was in Kingsport. Thank you Trip Advisor. We ordered the baked special & the combination platter. Both were equally great, especially the fresh breadsticks. All you can eat breadsticks too. Clean restaurant, well maintained, friendly staff.

I NEVER go to any other sub shop other than Jersey Mike's. They are definitely a sub-above lol. My daughter even likes to eat there. They always give you plenty of meat on the sandwiches. I usually get the mini-sub and I get so full I can't even eat the chips.

Pals is a cut above when it comes to fast food franchises; excellent service and good food. The bonus is that this particular location has something that no other Pals restaurant has - a "muffler man" on the roof. Muffler man is the nickname given to these 23 foot fiberglass giants because several appear at a chain of muffler repair shops. There are 150 or so distributed at various locations across the country and they are fun to track down and photograph. So come to visit, have a tasty burger, and photograph your very first muffler man!

My husband and two of our kids stopped by this Paks location on the way downtown last night. Our food was prepared quickly and was served hot. Not really a complaint, but the Big Chicken my husband got was not as "big" as normal. It was lacking a serious amount of meat. Not sure if this is a new thing or just a fluke this time.
