It only takes another three minutes to get off the bus.Another great points have to share with you is their wonderful breakfast buffet! Many kind of the choice for breakfast you can eat and quiet environment in the morning.Their staff are so nice and polite. If you have any question , they will give you a satisfying answer. I live in the 10 mixing room these day, each race have a curtain to cover,and have a little lamp when the room light is turned off, you can turn on your lamp to use your phone or read some books. In addition, the shower is very clean and their apply shampoo and body wash that everyone can use for free. Expect the hair dryer, it also prepare the cotton swab ,tissue ,dental floss in the box, that is a really satisfied service. 非常喜歡漂鳥的服務、設備、環境，給旅客一個乾淨又舒服的休息處，真的是對青旅來說很重要的一點! 一樓大廳還能給我們玩桌遊、聊天，廚房那邊也有提供飲用水，冰箱讓我們冰買來的宵夜或是飲料等等，這次住的是10人混房，雖然跟不認識的一起住，但還是覺得挺安心的!

Great hostel in Taichung
Reviewed By BayjbStayed here 2 nights. It is a nice, modern, clean hostel with air conditioning, a modest kitchen and great location next to the train station. You can hear street traffic in the rooms but it’s not excessive. The hostel was very quiet due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions but staff was very helpful, attentive and spoke good English. Bathrooms have plenty of toilets and showers and space for drying your hair or applying make up. Breakfast is plentiful and nicely prepared. Good option to start the day. Walk to the Sun Moon Lake bus stop is 5-8 minutes just north of the hostel (staff can point you in that direction too). Washer and dryer are also available to guests and about 50 NTD each. Cheap! Hostel also has a small grocery store with dried foods and a fridge to store things if needed. Towels are not included which is a little bit of a bummer but not a deal breaker. My only two items as an FYI: your keycard has to be used in the bed for the power outlet which is problematic when you need to charge something and be in the restroom. And, the machine used to clean and purify the air in the rooms leaves a bad weird smell. It can alleviate a bit but not much. If you’re overly sensitive this will be a problem. I would still recommend this hostel and would stay again.

Reviewed By loi lLocation: If you are looking for a stay that is very near to the train station, you might like this hotel Cleanliness: Not very clean especially the bathroom. The wc location is very odd where the back of the wc face the bed. Room: There is mosquitoes in my room for 2 consecutive night. Have informed the staff and they put the mosquitoes repellent but it doesn't help at all. They did not make up our room even we requested to. Even the room next door have left their staff didnt even clean it, we saw some instant noodle cup and trash were left in the room (for 2 consecutive days)

Reviewed By Aiseik這裡位於一間餐廳的二樓，對不熟的人可能需要找一下。入住完全以簡訊通知，上去需要換拖鞋，大門密碼及床位都會事先通知好，有問題店主也會很快回覆。房間使用木質佈置，感覺很像住在小木屋裡，非常乾淨且新，每個床位都配有一個專用的密碼櫃讓你擺放貴重物品。提供洗衣機和免費的洗衣精，室外也有足夠空間可以曬衣，陽台也有地方可以坐坐。男女浴廁分別在二及三樓，相當乾淨，水柱也很大。硬要挑缺點的話就是沒有一般背包客棧有的交誼廳吧。

It is a boutique hotel without elevator and they don't have bell service.If you have a big suitcase, you have to carry it yourself. I was arranged the room on the top floor(5th floor) and unluckily, there was a storm during my trip in Taichung. It rained whole day and water leaking from the roof towards the floor, it was very wet and slippery.Hotel provided toilettries and compliment water daily. However, the hotel facilities was very old, the public toilet door didn't lock properly.The lights in the hallway were on all day and night.There was no curtain in the room so I was unable to sleep with brightness. The staffs didn't speak much English but they are very kind and willing to help.

Reviewed By CodFishYStayed 2 nights here. Its very clean and very convenient. Only 5-10mins walk to Feng Jia Night Market. Thrs also many food & also convenience store around. If you stay the 2 pax room is consider quite spacious and have sufficient space for you to pack ur luggage. As for 4pax room it has 2 queen bed so the space for u to pack ur luggage is quite limited if its 4 adults in the same room but if its 2 adult & 2 kids i think its quite sufficient space.They do provide basic necessities like disposable toothbrush, shampoo and etc.... I would recommend for stay here...

Nice homestay in Xinshe
Reviewed By ogenkidesuOur first impression of the place, is that it is a home-stay with pottery and rabbit attraction, and offers rooms as well. Room-wise, we stayed at 2nd floor of the room block, and it was comfortable with heating. Parking was also ample. The room was designed with clean lines and wood/clay artifacts in mind. The doors had city gates-like locks which was interesting, and you will notice some of the decos were made with clay/ceramics by the minshu themselves. The owner was quite a nice guy, he may be likely an introvert, so that may explain why it is not so natural for him to start and continue a conversation easily. He took us to feed the rabbits, see the newborn rabbits, and chatted up with us over breakfast. Breakfast was decent with bread, coffee, eggs, a few pieces of mushroom and fruits. A few points of improvements: 1) Curtains: The translucent day curtains should preferably be the closest to the window, followed by the opaque night curtain. 2) Would appreciate a small table/desktop near the electrical power points, to provide a surface for notebook PC/charging cameras. 3) The pond outside the breakfast area was basically dead, with brown plants that was not tidied up over the days when we were there. May be a good idea to housekeep to keep in consistency with the clean feel. Overall, still a nice experience for us.
