Good food range on menu. We only called in for drinks and although there are plenty of staff they are not that attentive.We did get served but found the drinks a little pricey. Maybe due to being in the boulevard.Having said this, the setting is lovely, spacious and the food we saw being served looked lovely.They had a new bbq cooking area which is open for view so we will try this next time.Good range of cask beers for those who like to try them

Recently re-opened as Phoenix Nights and now run by an English couple. Varied menu offering traditional English cuisine. Lovely outdoor dining terrace and a spacious indoor area too. Food very good. Service excellent, very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Stopped off for some refreshments after an hour or so around the local San Miguel market, actually a really nice local market (Wednesday) not set up just for tourist!!. The resturant is on main road only 20 metres from the start of the market and was very busy. Lots of tables outside and large bar area and seating inside. The Menu Del Dia is Euro7.95 for 3 courses with an excellent selection available, freshly cooked. There is the main menu offering steak, kebabs & pizza so a great place for all the family. Having tried many local restaurants and the daily menu, this was a very pleasant surprise and can see why it is so busy. OK it is not fine dining but for Euro20, two of us had 2 courses and coffee with brandy and 2 large quality white wines, result!!. Worth a visit if you are visiting the market or fancy a good steak for less than Euro8.

Waited ages to get served even though people who came in after us were served before us. People had received food orders and eaten it in the time that we were still waiting for one coffee and one diet coke. We then left. Not worth the wait.

This was our first visit to Villa Martin on our last night in the area, and it was a lovely last evening. Our food was served quite quickly and was cooked to perfection. No complaints from anyone in our group of 4, drinks were ok too if a bit more expensive than down on the coast but we'd definitely return in the future.

Four of us have just returned from a Sunday meal. The food was good. However, flies were the problem. Landing on us, the table, the food persistently. We left the food and sat outside, foregoing dessert. At one point tour flies were on the gravy boat helping themselves. Awful.

Absolutely love this place ! It doesnât feel like holiday until we have eaten here. Always on our list of places to eat . Food is always on point staff are always welcoming and greet us with a lovely welcome back. Always accommodating. Entertainment most nights . Great deals on 2 for 1 Drinks are reasonable and measure a Pentyful and there a pick up and drop of mini bus if you live out if the village! Always book in advance as the tables do get booked up, which says it all really. This is a cracking place to go for food and entertainment 10/10 in all aspects of cleanliness, service , menus entertainment and staff. Our highlights are: Curry KaraokeSteak night Pie night And a lovely Sunday carvary Pub games Major Sport events on the tv And a safe local area around the bar for the kids to play while we relax and have a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. If you are hungry and have a huge appetite, this is the place for you! Huge portion of menu Del Dia for 10 euro including your drink! I was served with a huge plate of mix salad, then something similar to paella which was delicious, grilled chicken with vegetables and their very sinful but delicious crème caramel! Wow, i really enjoyed my lunch!

8 of us had the 10e special menu. It was superb! Starters of French Onion Soup, Breaded Prawns, Melon with fruit Coulis. Group had all 3 and all were enjoyed.
